CHI FA DA SE FA PER TRE 😂
Pros:

La camera dispone anche di cucina e microonde.
La posizione è molto favorevole siccome si trova a pochi passi dalla yamanote Line, una delle linee principali di Tokyo.
Molto comodo il servizio di lavanderia, che costa solo 400 yen
Alla reception vengono fornite tantissime “amenities” per il corpo e per lavarsi.

Cons:

Lo staff è carente con la lingua inglese e spesso non si trova, scompaiono letteralmente.
Durante il soggiorno NON È PREVISTA la pulizia della camera, se la vuoi devi pagare oltre 2000 yen aggiuntivi, cosa che non era affatto specificata nel momento della prenotazione. Nonostante ciò, ci è stata fornita una sola asciugamano per quattro notti. Condizione davvero disagiante.
Abbiamo chiesto il servizio takkyubin per spedire i bagagli al nostro hotel successivo, tutto funzionante, ma ho dovuto compilare di mio pugno la scheda, mi è stata fornita soltanto una scheda illustrativa di cosa dovevo scrivere in ogni campo, ma era tradotta male. Ho avuto davvero il timore di spedire i miei bagagli al polo nord piuttosto che al nostro nuovo hotel. Negli hotel precedenti in cui sono stato in Giappone mi ha compilato sempre tutto lo staff.
Ci sono stati dei momenti in cui più che un hotel ci è sembrato di aver prenotato un appartamento. Anche per i rifiuti ti fanno vedere la planimetria dell’hotel per farti capire dove andare a svuotare AUTONOMAMENTE i rifiuti accumulati nei nostri cestini in camera

Cheap, good location but dated facilities
Pros:

The hotel is near a train station, lots of restaurant nearby and near ikebukuro city centre

Cons:

The elevator is small and dated. The rooms looked old and the bed has like a creaky sound (I dont know whats the right word), there is no housekeeping. We stayed for 3 nights and no housekeeping you have to pay extra.

Ben collegata, camere abbastanza pulite ma dal troppo pieno della vasca è spuntato uno scarafaggio. Pochi servizi.rispetto ad altri.hotel.della stessa fascia di prezzo

Very relaxing and good value for money
Pros:

I like how spacious the room was compared to to others, it has complementary skin cares, coffee, and other necessary needs of a traveller like me its very fulfilling and its nearby some restaurant and it has facilities like laundry its very essential for us tourists specially this time of summer.

Cons:

Maybe its just the location is not so close to train station of ikebukuro but if your prefer few minutes walk and you need a stay affordable and spacious this is a good to try.
