Pros:

立地も良く、清潔で、価格も良く、満足でした。
宿泊中は予約制駐車場も1600円で利用できました。また利用したいです。サンシャイン60の展望台からの夜景も良かったです。

Ottimo hotel, stanze standard come tutti gli hotel di Tokyo per questa categoria, ma comunque funzionali e comprese di bollitore e microonde, oltre ad accessori come phon e altro..posizione eccellente per spostarsi con i mezzi per raggiungere qualsiasi parte di Tokyo

No te limpian la.habitación hasta q te vayas.. hemos estado 5 dias.. la basura q haces tu en la habitación buscate la vida para tirarla.. y toallas si no las pides no t las traen.

객실 내에 전자렌지가 있어서 숙소에서 편하게 식사할 수 있었어요. 위치가 번화가랑 좀 거리가 있어서 짐이 무거우면 낭패긴한데 다른 서비스 이용해서 해결했습니다. 평소에 일본 자주 다녀서 지하철이나 전철에 익숙한 사람이라면 숙소 바로 근처에 있는 토덴 노면열차 이용해보시는 것도 좋을 거 같아요. 선샤인 빌딩이 근처고 큰 슈퍼마켓이 많아서 이것저것 이용하기도 좋았습니다. 정말 있을 건 다 있어서 큰 불편함 없이 지냈어요.

Cons:

크게 아쉬운 건 없었어요. 어매니티도 필요하면 추가로 갖다 사용할 수 있고... 굳이 흠을 잡자면 주요 노선과 거리가 좀 있는 부분이겠지만 그만큼 가성비가 좋아서 별로 불만은 없었습니다. 아 와이파이가 조금 약한 느낌이 있었어요.

Super lokalizacja i stosunek ceny do jakości naprawdę dobry. Pokój jak na japońskie standardy wcale nie mały. Fajnie że w pokojach jest mikrofalówka. Plusem jest na pewno wcześniejsze zameldowanie i późniejsze wymeldowanie w stosunku do innych hoteli w Japonii. Byliśmy w recepcji 14.40 i zostały nam przekazane klucze do pokoju.

Cons:

Widać że hotel ma wyposażenie sprzed kilku lat ale patrząc jak tani jest zupełnie nam to nie przeszkadzało.

Excelente ubicación cerca de Yamanote Line y a 15 min caminado del centro de Ikebukuro y a 5 de Sunchine City. La habitacion me pareció espaciosa, comodamente pude abrir mis 2 maletas y empacar. La cama muy cómoda y las amenidades excelentes. El staff muy amable y me ayudaron a enviar mis maletas al aeropuerto para poder viajar tranquilamente.

Cons:

Debido a las nuevas medidas ecologicas, no se limpia la habitación durante la estancia, pero puedes pedir nuevas toallas y sabanas si necesitas.
