Cons:

2泊したが2日間とも近隣部屋の外国人・日本人が夜中まで騒いでいて全く眠れなかった。エレベーターが宿泊カードのセキュリティが無く、宿泊客以外も自由に出入りできるので、騒いでいたように思う。くつろぐはずのホテルが逆にストレスが溜まった。しかもハロウィンのせいか金額が凄く高かった。このチェーンは2度と使うことはない。

A very nice budget hotel
Pros:

It’s a nice budget hotel. The bed was comfortable and they gave you everything you need. There were some convenience stores and restaurants around. They even let me check in early so I was very happy for what I paid for.

Cons:

I think the downside is only regard to the location. It’s about 10 mins walk from Sunshine Prince Hotel so with heavy suitcases, I was quite a walk. It’s also quite far from Ikebukuro station (around 20-25 mins walk). The nearest station was Otsuka station, which was 7-10 mins on foot. But when you returned after a long walk all day you had to walk uphill from Otsuka station back to the hotel.
