Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel MYSTAYS Higashi Ikebukuro. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le personnel a toujours été très accueillant, souriant et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions.

L'emplacement est parfait, à proximité des transports en commun, des commerces et de nombreux restaurants, ce qui permet de visiter Tokyo très facilement. Malgré l'animation du quartier, l'hôtel est calme et nous avons très bien dormi.

Un grand merci également pour le service de bagagerie. Nous avons quitté l'hôtel pendant quelques jours pour visiter Kyoto et avons pu y laisser toutes nos valises en toute confiance. À notre retour à Tokyo, nous avons eu la très agréable surprise de retrouver tous nos bagages directement dans notre chambre. Ce service nous a vraiment facilité le voyage et témoigne d'une organisation et d'une attention remarquables.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation. Merci à toute l'équipe pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et la qualité de son accueil. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour à Tokyo !

Pros:

L’hôtel est conforme aux photos et la chambre que j'ai choisie. Il se trouve à 10 minutes à pieds de la gare Otsuka et à 20 minutes de Ikebukuro. Un supermarché et plusieurs konbini se trouvent très près. La chambre était propre est me convenait très bien, mais peut-être un peu juste pour 2 personnes. Aussi, il faut jeter ses poubelles sois-même !

Cons:

L'hôtel se trouve à 10 minutes d'une gare JR, mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé.
