安全性值得再三思考
Pros:

大塚站出來有蠻多地方能採買，有星巴克麥當勞跟donki還有百貨
地點有點偏，離車站步行10分鐘有微上坡，要走到池袋太陽城或熱鬧區也要10-20分鐘，非常費腳力
飯店在馬路中間只有頭尾有斑馬線能到，建議大家就沿著出大塚站後沿著荒川線軌道上坡的路線比較順（可以順道去711）
備品放大廳可自取、寄行李掃QR CODE蠻方便的，入住時飯店會直接幫你把寄放的行李箱先放進房間很貼心～
房間有微波爐蠻不錯的雖然沒使用到
單人房枕頭給四個超多，記憶枕跟一般枕頭各兩顆很棒！
雖然垃圾要自己丟（很近），但換個角度想就不怕垃圾滿了或沒地方處理垃圾也是蠻棒的

Cons:

房間設備老舊、清潔有點不確實
地點還好真正會讓人猶豫會不會再入住點是，房門是「外推式」，門關後只能反鎖，除此之外沒有門鍊跟其他安全措施，就算自己準備了防盜設備或做安全措施都完全沒辦法使用，因為門是外推式的等於任何人從外面拉開門就完蛋了！而且門打開正對床，如果真的遇到壞人侵入等於開門直接死，所以在安全上非常令人擔心～
另外電梯沒控管，任何人都能搭電梯上樓（不需刷門卡），所以要入住這家飯店真的算是在賭運氣

The location and close to shops and the train

Cons:

Very hard mattress and the room wasn't clean . It also needs a touch up, paint and repairs. Everything looks old

En si solo la ubicación, igual es una pieza muy pequeña pero si esta bien que sirva solo para dormir y luego estar afuera todo el día.

Cons:

La cama algo dura, el espacio pequeño para 2 personas al igual que el baño y por ultimo el constante olor a cigarro.

NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE
Cons:

La cama era incómoda y dura. El calor en la habitación era insoportable, al igual que el olor de la moqueta. Si ponías el aire la habitación se congelaba y si abrías la ventana el ruido era insufrible. Por la noche es zona de paso de ambulancias.
Por otro lado, las toallas o bajas a recepción a pedirlas o no te las cambian.
Las zapatillas que te dan para estar por el hotel son de cuero, alergia y fricción instantánea.
Estuvimos 6 noches y no hubo servicio de habitaciones en ningún momento. Luego vimos que encima había que pagarlo a mayores, algo que nunca nunca hemos visto en ningún hotel.
La zona es aburridísima. No hay nada interesante alrededor. Con todo lo que tiene Tokio para ofrecer.
