部屋が狭い、交通路がうるさい

I realised after it was a smoking hotel. Frankly my room was well cleaned and I didn't notice it at all. Occasionally people smoked on the balcony near my room but that's Tokyo for you. There is a fire station at the end of the road and you will hear this at random hours. Twice in my ten day stay. The rooms are a bit of a random draw - I was on the top floor, had a electric cupboard on one side, not another room, so it felt quieter than, say, the ground floor with the laundry running and people coming and going.

Because it's a cheaper hotel it does attract a range of travel types and this can mean a few rowdy people about, but again, Tokyo.

I'm happy with what I paid, but I wouldn't have been if I had a lower floor room or more adjoining. Overall a bit dated but that's fine - I was hardly in the room.

I would say one small room fits one normal sized adult male. Factor this if you travel in pairs and pay the upgrade. Note that there are a few catches - late check out is madly priced, getting luggage there is hard to walk as it's a hill up and down, they don't clean or change bedding unless you pay, again high cost.

Factor it if you want a hotel vibe. This is a capsule vibe without perks, but you get a room not a pod.

少し古いからでしょうか、冷蔵庫がドアの開閉のたびに棚から出てきそうになるので困りました。そのうち棚が壊れないか心配なかんじです

Par contre la chambre est extrêmement petite pour 2 personnes. Le lit était très petit également. C’est dommage

ルームクリーニングは有料。トイレの便座からユニットバスのドアの壁までが近すぎる。ドアを開けないと使用ができない。遮音性が良くなく、隣室のしゃべり声が聞える。

Clean up the rooms and employ an English speaking staff for day and night.
