部屋が広い。目の前がスーパー。スタッフはとても感じが良いです。

Cons:

ビル自体はかなり古いものをリノベーションで綺麗にした物件なので、水道管や、エレベーターは建築当時のものと思われます。　リノベーションはかなりしっかりされているので、目に見えるところは全て、綺麗です。
