Bigger size rooms uncomfortable bed and pillows
Pros:

The rooms were bigger for Japanese standards and good to have bench space

Cons:

The pillow were uncomfortable and you only got one. The staff we encountered were quite rude and this wasn’t just once the other hotels we stayed at the staff were so friendly and helpful but we didn’t have that experience here
