Pros:

For me it was perfect. Was too busy, good choices of food in walking distance (5-15min walks) for good food.

Cons:

The bathtubs feel like huge buckets lol funny snug.

Pros:

Amazing location close to two convenient subway lines, one going straight to Narita Airport. Bigger room than I expected with great view and a very comfortable bed with memory foam pillows. Staff is friendly, check in and out process was very smooth. There is a Lawson within the building on the first floor so you can pick up whatever you need in the evening when arriving back, or in the morning before leaving.

Cons:

Couldn't open the windows so the air felt a bit stale in the room, but they had an air purifier I could use.

Great location and value
Pros:

Great location, very helpful staff, decent sized budget room. You could see tokyo tower from the window and very good price. Also checkout is 11am.

Cons:

Pillows weren't so comfortable.

Pros:

Très bien situé à proximité de plusieurs stations de métro ou train pour visiter tout Tokyo.
Bcp de restaurants ou konbinis dans le secteur pour manger.
Chambres propres avec ménage fait tous les jours.

Cons:

Chambre petite ( mais à Tokyo, c'est normal)
Salle de bain très petite.
