Pros:

Great value for your money. The room was comfortable and offered all the things you may need (toiletries, power adapter, pijamas, slippers...). There's free laundry and coffee. The staff was professional and the location great for connecting with Haneda airport.

bookingの中では、こちらはホテルということもあり、事前の連絡等がスムーズでした。

Cons:

洗濯、乾燥機が3機ずつしかなく、使用中・順番待ちで、使えませんでした。
