Great deal and property
Pros:

Property was very well maintained and most importantly staff were really helpful.. They provide even olive oil cream, shaving kit, toothbrush, comb and even Laundry facility for FREE. Just get your detergent from a local store and wash ur clothes and even dry it or else pay 100 yen in the machine it takes detergent out for u and u can wash ur clothes accordingly. also they provide drinking vending machine plus microwave in common area of ur lobby. These are some important things which is needed and many properties dont provide however Mystay did. Thank you so much.

Cons:

Nothing to complaint about.. If your flight is from Narita it is very far however Haneda is very close.

Cons:

Пятна на простынях.. отель был не свеж, в унитазе при заезде были черные волосы которые не убрали от прошлых жильцов, отель нуждается в обновлении.

Loved it!
Pros:

Even though the room is small, but it was bigger than most rooms by Tokyo standards. It was clean, compact, complete. Staff were also extremely nice and helpful. Very easy checkin and checkout process. A few konbinis within 2 minutes of walking, train station within 5 minutes of walking. Fantastic! We loved our stay very much!

Cons:

It’s slightly far from Tokyo city center , but Kamata city itself is beautiful!

・角部屋で通常より広く使えた。
・チェックアウトが11時で、朝は
　余裕を持って過ごせた。
・ツインのシングルユースの部屋で
　ベッドも広く、快適だった。
・コンセントが多く設置されており、
　使い勝手が良かった。
・アメニティのビニール袋は、他で
　見たことがなく。とても良かった。

Cons:

・朝、清掃員のシーツ交換の人が、
　エレベーターにシーツを乗せる作業を
　していたのと重なり、エレベーター
　前で、5分以上待たされた。
　→仕事をしているから仕方がないと
　　思うが、ムスッと一瞥するだけ。
　　すみませんとか一言欲しかった。
・折角、携帯充電用のアダプタか用意
　されていたのに、接触不良か何かで
　充電出来なかった。
　→自分の充電器があったから、
　良かったが、持ってない人だったら
　困ったと思う。
・トイレのウォッシュレットが壊れて
　いて、シャワーが出なかった。

Pros:

如果是飛羽田，住這裡非常方便，有巴士半小時到機場。
距離JR蒲田步行5分鐘，要轉去鬧區澀谷新宿或東京都很方便，想往南去橫濱或鎌倉也沒問題。
飯店附近大小型超市都有，一分鐘就有全家，附近還有4層樓高的唐吉、大創，還有兩條不大但很在地化的商店街，餐廳非常多很多開到很晚，不用擔心餓肚子。
如果覺得市中心住宿太貴，或是隔天要一早到羽田的人，住這裡就十分方便
另外枕頭居然有給記憶枕，對於不喜歡軟枕頭的我來說非常的棒
