probably wouldn’t book again unless I was extremely desperate

Easy to get too. Had a cooler and heater on the room

Cons:

Shower was dirty, they only made 1 bed not both even though we had booked for 3 of us. There was only 2 towels in the room. There was poor communication from staff didn’t tell us any checkout details how breakfast worked nothing just said our room number and that was it.

Disappointing, uninviting and shit.

Said the breakfast started at 6:30. I was down there at 7:00 twice and there was only one tiny tub of yogurt there and no cutlery to eat it. The aircon wasn’t sealed around the edges letting cold air in all night. The aircon filter was filthy and was blowing dust everywhere. Staff were absent from the front desk 70% of the time. My van got broken into while staying here and the staff had zero interest in helping me. Didn’t want to get the security cameras footage. Didn’t want to help with a partial refund for not being able to stay there the last two nights.

No customer service, no breakfast, Room are not cleaned bye cleaners.

Cons:

The should take care of their customers and provide what they advertise, like cleaning, breakfast and assist those who are new in the area. My room was not clean when I asked they told me you didn't ask for your room to be clean.

Cold, dirty, good for overnight stays only

The breakfast was okay - coffee machine, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, toast. The pancake maker didn't cook them for long enough, so they came out a bit raw. I wasn't game to eat them. Shower was hot, but small

Cons:

I didn't enjoy my stay at all. The heater was loud and would make weird noises, then overheat and turn itself off. The mugs were stained and unwashed; There was graffiti behind the door; The TV didn't work; Under the bed was filthy - it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. I booked for two nights, but only stayed one night. I told staff about the dirty mugs, and didn't get an apology or any offer of compensation, just "oh I didn't realise housekeeping didn't do that". The carpark had rubbish bins, but there was a lot of rubbish laying around. They charge for parking, but there's plenty of street parking available
