Terrible. Don’t stay here
Pros:

It was close to where I needed to be

Cons:

The unwashed bedding gave me lice. The property refused a refund.
It was dirty, loud, the heater was placed too high for me to reach. The seal around the unit was not solid so cold air and water got in.
The fridge was so noise I had to turn it off in order to sleep
