Extremely disappointed

No lift to 2nd and 3rd floor.
Air-conditioner cassette unit was very filthy.
The enclosed shower exhaust fan had no vent cover on it and the inside of the exhaust fan was mouldy and very dusty.
The shower silicone and various areas in the shower cubicle had mould.
Extremely disappointed.
