Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend.In wenigen Schritten ist man in der Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig untergebracht, direkt neben der Kirche. Auch zwei Supermärkte sind zu Fuß schnell erreicht.

Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und auch das Bad völlig ok. Besonders positiv fiel uns das freundliche und sehr gründliche Reinigungsteam auf.

Parkplätze können gemietet werden und befinden sich direkt neben dem Hotel.

Cons:

Beim Personal gab es Unterschiede.Die jüngeren Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und offen, die älteren wirkten eher unfreundlich und genervt.

Der Parkplatz kostet inzwischen 10 € pro Tag.

Das Frühstück ist für kurze Aufenthalte in Ordnung, nach mehreren Nächten aber eintönig. Vieles ist abgepackt oder aus der Dose, frische Produkte gibt es nur wenige.

Die Betten waren uns zu weich, außerdem empfanden wir Kissen und Bettdecken als sehr schwer.

Unser Zimmer hatte keinen Balkon, und die Fenster ließen sich nur eingeschränkt öffnen, sodass es oft stickig war.


Für ein oder zwei Übernachtungen fallen viele dieser Punkte vermutlich kaum ins Gewicht. Bei einem Aufenthalt von fünf Nächten summieren sie sich jedoch deutlich. Die tolle Lage ist ohne Frage ein großer Pluspunkt und erklärt sicher auch einen Teil des Preises. Dennoch empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt nicht als stimmig, da die Qualität des Hotels unserer Meinung nach nicht dem Preis und der Vier-Sterne-Kategorie entspricht. Die Einrichtung ist dann doch eher altbacken.

Frühstück ist von 7.00 - 9.30 Uhr. Es wird pünktlich abgeräumt. Mit Kindern dauert es, bis morgens alle angezogen zum Frühstücksraum gehen.Da man im Urlaub auch ein wenig ausschlafen möchte, wäre eine Frühstückszeit bis 10 Uhr angenehmer.

Pros:

Mooie en grote kamer en 's ochtends een heerlijk ontbijt.
Het hotel ligt in hartje Enkhuizen, alle bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand.
En je kunt parkeren op het terrein van het hotel zelf.

Cons:

Helemaal niets.

Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Unterkunft zentral gelegen.

Ideale ligging voor bezoek Enkhuizen
Pros:

Hotel ligt in het centrum! Ideaal. Parkeerplaats en afgesloten fietsenstalling bij het hotel.

Cons:

Beetje vergane glorie allemaal. Echt een hotel voor 50/60+. Matras was vrij hard.

Grosszügige,saubere Zimmer mit älterer Ausstattung, aber vollkommen in Ordnung.
Sehr freundliches Personal und ausreichend Parkplätze am Hotel. Restaurants in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.

De locatie is erg goed.
Pros:

Locatie is top. Goede plek om onze fietsen te stallen. Prijs kwaliteit was prima.

Als de dame van het uitchecken iets vriendelijker was geweest, waren we zeker nog een keer gegaan
Pros:

Locatie, airco op kamer.
Kamer was schoon en netjes.

Cons:

We hadden bij de boeking een latere vertrektijd gevraagd en hiervoor ook betaald. Bij het inchecken werd dit ook bevestigd en gaf de vriendelijke dame die ons incheckte ook aan dat het allemaal prima was en dat we tot half 1 's middags konden vertrekken. Op de dag van vertrek, konden we om 11.45 uur onze kamer niet meer in, toen we naar de balie gingen gaf een andere stuk minder vriendelijke andere dame aan dat we om 12 uur weg moesten zijn i.v.m. de schoonmaak. De houding van deze vrouw heeft de beoordeling van dit hotel wel iets minder gemaakt.
