Lovely location. Beautiful surroundings
We were not the room that we booked. The superior suites are indeed gorgeous but in what smacks of a scam they upgrade you to a miserably bland white box . There is no world in which this is an upgrade. The room allocated was a depressing little space the room chosen was a beautiful characterful suite. No apology from staff. We tried to cancel and asked for money back but were told we were not entitled to a cancellation. All of this was handled in the golf reception. They don't staff a separate hotel reception. Hotel guests are not well looked after. I say this as someone who has played the course many times and I like it enormously. Great for golfers very poor for hotel guests. As for halfboard arrangements. Genuinely terrible. Lunch not an option it has to be dinner. No flexibility. No access to the main menu just a simple choice of two starters and two staggeringly disappointing mains. No choice for dessert. I've eaten here before as a golfer. Great menu not as a hotel guest. Do play golf here but stay anywhere else

Air conditioning system is very old and did not work in our room. Our stay was during August and the upper loft of the room was so hot, sleeping was impossible. Since there is no front desk support at night we could not get this corrected until the next day. A sleepless night to start our vacation was a bad start to our stay.

We have visited Pula on a number of occasions and love its family home feel and great food. No change here.
However, the accommodation, particularly in the main finca, which was always slightly shabby chic is now feeling a bit tired and would benefit from some updating and TLC.
Despite this i know we will be back again and again

mais logement non conforme au attentes et aux photos du site.
nous avons été loges dans les appartements privatifs qui jouxte le golf et non dans la bâtisse qui abrite les suites
