Ужасный опыт. Я приехал(а) в этот отель с двумя маленькими детьми и пожилой мамой, но нас просто отказались заселять и выставили за дверь. Сотрудники заявили, что мы якобы сами отменили бронирование, хотя это ложь — мы ничего не отменяли. Бронирование было подтверждено, а деньги уже были списаны.

Из-за этого мы остались в очень неприятной ситуации и были вынуждены срочно искать другое место для ночлега с детьми и пожилым человеком. Такое отношение к гостям недопустимо.

Не рекомендую этот отель. Будьте осторожны перед бронированием.
