Pros:

Great spot, about 10 minutes by taxi to anywhere, easy to get groceries right next to the hotel, lots of restaurants, cafes nearby, and a 24/7 gas station 100 meters away. Overall, the location is a winner. Electric car charging just at the hotel entrance! In room facility with proper wardrobe, locker , shoe rack, working table were super nice

Cons:

Parking can be tough sometimes, first day was a struggle, second day I found a spot right at the hotel entrance. Staff could be nicer, and the beds were super uncomfortable.

Cons:

Our first night there was a loud disturbance next door. It happened after midnight, as no-one intervened we called the police. We didn’t understand the fight in German in front of our room and was with a small child, so we were afraid to step out. No one from the hotel came by, finally the police showed up and calmed down the situation. We haven’t slept at all and until the morning didn’t know what was happening. We complained at the reception next morning, and wanted to cancel the remaining two nights. The manager refused to speak to us, haven’t answered any of our mails or messages. At the end, we left early because we did not feel safe. Nothing was refunded, not even the parking fee we paid on arrival.

Also the carpet smelled in our room, the sofa bed was wobbly, the room was so small that when the sofa bed was opened we could not use the desk, and move around the beds. The photos on the website do not reflect the reality at all, and the smells cannot be transferred. Walls are paper thin. No value for big money. We would not mind the room is small and smelly, because we were out and about the whole day, but the fact that we had to call the police on our first night and the manager refused to communicate or say sorry for the inconveniences is over the line.

Pros:

Hotel se nachází v klidné části města, blízko metra i autobusu, což je velkou výhodou. Hned vedle hotelu je Penny. Pokoje jsou pohodlné a čisté. Využili jsme i dobré hotelové snídaně.

Ruhiges Hotel in netter Lage
Pros:

Ein ruhiges Hotel, gut gelegen. Ein Late Check-out war problemlos möglich. 24-Stunden Rezeption

Cons:

Leider sind ja mittlerweile alle Parkplätze im Viertel zahlungspflichtig, die Hotelparkplatze sind relativ teuer.
