Fußweg zum nächsten Verkehrsmittel,
Koffer schleppen bis zum Fahrstuhl,
Auf dem Flur des Stockwerks roch es nach Cannabis,
Der Teppich im Zimmer war fleckig,
Die Fernsehprogramme sehr begrenzt,
Das Licht recht funzelig,
Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen musste ich vorzeitig abreisen. Mir wurde keine Erstattung der beiden nicht genutzten Nächte gewährt.

A nice stay in a good location. This hotel is clean, safe and quiet (in my experience.)
Pros:

I had a good stay at this hotel, however some of the negative reviews online make some valid points. Firstly, the good points. It is in a nice quiet area and close to the U-Bahn station and also on bus routes. The staff were nice and the room is cleaned every day, so the rrom is clean and comfortable. However it is not luxury accommodation. For UK visitors. the room is not as good as a Premier inn, but the bed is comfortable and it was fine overall. Id di not have the breakfast, but think it is 15 Euros. I went to Cafe Kalwil, which is at the bottom of the street, for breakfast. This was very nice and I would recommend you do that, but it will probably cost you a few Euros more, depending on what you have. I had a very good stay at this hotel and, for me, having a very good cafe for breakfast very close to the hotel was a bonus and made the stay more enjoyable. Also, there are an lot of nice places to e3at in the evening in the area as well.

Cons:

The lift broke down after I arrived and, apparently, it is often not working. If you rely on having a working lift, this may not be the place for you. It was okay for me, but remember you may have to carry a suitcase uo the stairs. Also, there was nowhere to put an open suitcase in the room, like the suitcase stand you find in some hotels. This was a minor inconvenience.

Bruyant le matin de 6h à 8h pour les livraisons du magasin situé au rez de chaussé du bâtiment.

Great value hotel
Pros:

Great room, comfy bed and the balcony was welcomed in the warm weather! Fridge was also very helpful. Staff were nice too

Cons:

The elevator was broken for most of our stay but they were fixing as we left, that was really the only downside
