Room was much too bright. The room needs black out curtains. I sleept 10 nights with the same stained pillow case. I don't think they changed the sheets in a 10 night stay. I like the property, don't push your luck...you have a lot of competition in that area. S. Pinto...

A no-frills, no extras budget hotel, to drop your bags and sleep.
Pros:

Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. Location is optimal if you wish to visit the Nollendorfkiez, and with Berlin's public transit system, location is not as important.

Cons:

The building is a converted apartment block, and does not have appeared to have been renovated for a while. This means there are no modern amenities you might expect from a hotel built as one, e.g. a safe or USB ports for charging electronics. It also means room sizes and layouts are not standardised. Unfortunately, at the time of my booking, there's no ability to pick a specific size/room, nor are room sizes listed in the ad.
The photos I saw when booking were either heavily staged or perhaps enhanced using AI. The photos on the advertisement show the largest rooms first, with the smaller rooms much later later. The extra pillows and bedspreads from the ad were missing in the real rooms when we arrived. Duvets were handed out as single-person duvets - no cuddling for you! I also found the pillows were lumpy and too soft, with no alternate options.

The doors at Hotel Ambiente use regular keys, not keycards. There's also only a single key per room. If you travel with a friend with a different schedule, this can make sharing difficult. There's no ability to store your luggage past check-out.

Some of the night staff don't speak English, which was difficult for my travel companion.

There is an elevator, but it only starts after a short (~4 steps) flight of stairs.

Dobra lokalizacja niedaleko metra. Bardzo pomocny pan na recepcji.

Cons:

Absurdalnie wysoka opłata za psa i parking po 25 euro za dobę. Łącznie 50 euro. Parking na zewnątrz jedynie na 2 auta gdyby nie pomoc recepcjonisty w ogóle nie udało by nam się zaparkować

Gut & sauber in schöner Lage
Pros:

Uns hat der unkomplizierte und freundliche Check in und Out gefallen. Personal war immer hilfsbereit, auch meine Anfrage vor Anreise wurde schnell und sehr hilfreich beantwortet. Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Für 1-2 Nächte würde ich es wieder buchen.

Cons:

Frühstückspreis von 15€p.P. und das Ambiente ;-)
