Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt zufriedenstellend.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr höflich und kompetent.
Man hatte keine Mühe, einen Parkplatz zu bekommen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hätte umfangreicher sein können (keine Erdbeermarmelade, keinen Honig).
Die Lage des Zimmers war nicht optimal.

Alles war, wie erwartet
Pros:

Ein gemütlicher, wenn auch kleiner Spa-Bereich mit Sauna und Dampfbad wird extra für die Gäste, die es wünschen, gestartet. Gern eine halbe Stunde vorher an der Rezeption bescheid geben.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist lecker und die Auswahl schön groß.

Cons:

Es ist schade, dass im Hotel kein Restaurant ist. Auch die nähere Umgebung hat kein Restaurant. Entweder man muss mit dem Auto in die Stadt oder bestellt sich etwas von einem Lieferdienst.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtete. Das Hotel liegt etwas auserhalb .
Am ersten Tag des Aufenthaltes wäre das gebuchte Frühstück fast ausgefallen im Hotel.
Durch das gut reagieren des anderen Personals,konnte es dann doch eingenommen werden.
Das Personal am war sehr freundlich.

Grundsätzlich haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Das weder eine Bar noch Gastronomie vorhanden ist. Sehr schade. Nach 21:00 Uhr keine Lademöglichkeit mehr für E-Autos.

La responsable nous a gentiment enregistrés et autorisés à prendre la chambre avant l’heure. Qu’elle en soit encore remerciée ici !
Bel hôtel aux chambres modernes, refaites avec goût. Il est aussi agréable de pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre “en grand” pour avoir de l’air.

Cons:

Aucune connexion wifi (multiples tentatives sur plusieurs appareils ) pendant la durée de notre séjour que ce soit en chambre ou dans les parties communes.

Es war ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr gut, vielfälltig und ausreichend. Es wurde auch immer wieder nachgelegt. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und incl. des Badezimmers sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr schön im Grünen in einem Wohnviertel und daher sehr ruhig. Die Altstadt von Lüneburg erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 20 bis 25 Minuten. Man kann dafür direkt durch den angrenzenden Kurpark gehen. Parkplätze am und in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zum Hotel sind ausreichend vorhanden.

Cons:

Ich kann nichts negatives berichten. uns hat alles gefallen.

War prima, hier würde ich wieder übernachten.
Pros:

Lage für mich gut: ich erreichte die Altstadt nach einem Spaziergang durch den Park; Ausstattung komfortabel, Personal sehr freundlich. Erstklassige , leichte Decke für einen erholsamen Schlaf auch bei Wärme.

Cons:

Leider kein Restaurant mehr, keine Möglichkeit dort oder in der Nähe abends zu essen.
