Location was very central to everything we needed.

Cons:

I got up in the morning to have a hot shower only to find the hot water in room 33 would not come through, and rather than have a cold shower, I wasn’t able to have one.

Inside clean outside a disgrace
Pros:

Location was nice and close to where I needed to be

Cons:

Noisy, foyer had urine on the step, stairs were dirty with mud all the way up which was there on arrival and departure. Mix up with my booking which the staff had no compassion at all to try to sort out.
