Went to Sydney to see people basically stayed in room for four days with terrible flu , it was a awful trip not hotels f

Location was good it was clean

Cons:

That you arrive after five the reception is closed even though it says it’s open to 10pm. You have to walk thru pub to find someone to book you in. Also the hot water was dodgy sometimes good and other times you touch the cold and it’s stuck on cold .

Good facilities for a quick stop.
Pros:

Staff were amazing. Lucy the waitress at the bistro was so nice and checked up on me a few times because I wasn't feeling well. The receptionist was really great and friendly as well.

Cons:

Honestly the blinds aren't that great. It was still quite bring the whole night with the external lights shining through. Better fitting black out blinds would make a world of difference.

Had a very strong stale smell, almost like the room had been smoked in for years prior to my stay.
Mould in shower.

Great stay
Pros:

Clean, comfortable bed, super helpful and friendly staff. We will stay again next time we are in the area.

Cons:

We couldn't find the wifi password, by the time we went to use internet was after hours so we weren't able to call.

Lovely family weekend away.
Pros:

We booked 2x rooms and requested they be next to each other, staff were able to accommodate. The units were clean and beds were comfy - shower pressure was awesome.
