Pros:

Great pub hotel have stayed several times. Good restaurant and friendly staff. Always super clean.

Cons:

Sadly located in between a busy road and the railway there is a bit of traffic noise. Doesn't bother me though. Might wake a light sleeper.
Paint in bathroom starting to peel and rust around the door. Cheep paint job?

Great spot.
Pros:

This property was fantastic for my purpose. It was clean, parking and convenient to everything. The bar and dining were also very cosy with a log fire.

Cons:

Milk in fridge would be handy other than that it was good value and great staff.

Convenient and good value. This was my second stay and would definitely stay again.
Pros:

location was excellent for my purpose and also car parking. The staff were excellent. Bar and fireplace was lovely for a pre drink and the restaurant was very good.

Regrdless of the issues it was a friendly, clean place to stay. Definitely come again.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and quickly did their best to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to increase the heat in the room, but they kindly provided me with an extra blanket. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Heating issues require attention as we could not get the room much above getting rid of the chill which was bearable. A couple of degrees higher would make it comforatable.
The bathroom exhaust fan was/is not working, and the ceiling paint is peeling off and looks as though it could fall on someone using the toilet — a little fun to imagine, ha! ha!, but still worth noting.
There was also a sign asking guests to keep the bathroom door closed because the steam can set off the alarm and the fire brigade will come. It may be worth making the exhaust fan operational, as that could help prevent the issue from happening.

Clean room and comfy beds but the attached pub ruined the stay due to noise, low staffing and appalling bistro food.
Pros:

It was clean and the shower was high pressure.

Cons:

The hotel’s bistro food was appalling, the bistro/bar was totally understaffed and service was terrible and the noise from the pub made sleeping before the midnight close near impossible.

The Pymble Hotel suits us as it's close to family, and we don't live in Sydney now.
Pros:

I asked for the breakfast box's to be brought up to our room, the manager said I'll bring them right up. However, it never arrived. I like the complimentary drink & the 10% discount on food. Overall, it is a very handy place & excellent location for a short stay. The water bottles in the fridge are good as well!

Cons:

The breakfast box's would have been useful to have something prior to getting on the road. I didn't ask again.

Lovely decor, well appointed rooms, super friendly staff and large ensuite with excellent shower. Food in the restaurant was great. We would definitely stay here again.
