Hotel muy bonito y tranquilo, perfecto para desconectar y descansar. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y con una decoración muy acogedora. Las vistas y la comodidad que se tiene
El agua caliente se iba por momentos y teníamos que esperar buen rato hasta que volviera a calentar, el jacuzzi estaba sucio con bichos y pelos y el piso del baño también
El trato que nos dieron para hacer una estancia perfecta. Su desayuno riquísimo. Ya estamos buscando un día para hacer una nueva escapada ahí.
Todo era maravilloso y la atención increíble
La habitación en sí y el hábitat general, mucha calma. El entorno y la cercanía a Cuenca son un plus. El personal fue súper amable y me trató de una manera genial. El desayuno muy bueno.
Me resultó un problema la ducha. Aunque tiene jacuzzi en la habtación, en el suelo con vistas al jardín (precioso), la ducha no tenía una junta que impidiera la salida del agua por debajo y los laterales, con lo que la habitación se llenó de agua.

Me encantó!! Pilar es un encanto, súper atenta, el sitio es precioso y una pasada la verdad, estuvimos muy agusto y todos muy pendientes, pero sobre todo ella porque nos aconsejó de todo en plan de donde aparcar y qué sitios visitar, a parte tuvimos un incidente con la nevera y enseguida vino a intentar solucionarlo… bueno un encanto de verdad. Las chicas de la limpieza que vienen con el desayuno igual, un encanto y el desayuno es una pasada, no pudimos comernos todo porque al mínimo detalle, increíble.
Nos llevamos a nuestros dos bichitos y nos han tratado mejor que en casa
Vamos que si podemos repetimos solo por como nos han tratado ❤️
