Overall good accommodation in a good location. Free coffee and tea available in lobby while you wait
Pros:

Close to shops, cafes, beaches and restaurants. 1.4 km to walk to central Ogunquit or catch trolley for $5. Good coffee machine (pods/capsules) in each room. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Room at back quiet as located away from main road.

Cons:

Room was dark with only small window for daylight. My check-in person was friendly and polite but did not explain specific details and procedures important for a visitor from overseas staying at the property.

Pros:

Location and ammenities (including indoor and outdoor pools open until 10pm). Can walk (1.4km) or catch trolley ($5) to centre of Ogunquit and also main beach (2.2km).

Cons:

Rooms at back of property away from highway are very quiet and relaxing but dark due to large trees blocking daylight.

Facilities were clean, staff not helpful.
Pros:

The location was good,and the trolleys run right in front of the hotel.

Cons:

The desk staff was not cooperating with our pricing reduction requests.
Didn’t seem to care when we told him w e won’t be staying there again.

Cons:

Only issue is stairs...so many stairs. We were in a separate building which made using the primary location required a lot of stairs.

It was a short stay but very comfortable & clean, and the staff were excellent.

Pros:

Room was great. Pool was great.

Cons:

I bought a drink at the pool and had to use cash. Couldn’t charge it to the room. It was a little further from downtown than I thought.

Would highly recommend this place. 
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable the room was a great size. The location, my opinion was excellent walking distance to the beach and to the centre of town. wi-Fi speed was excellent.

Cons:

Poor TV channel selection in room. Highly recommend you bring your own device to hook up to your streaming providers.

I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was . I loved the fact they had a gym and 2 pools . The complimentary champagne was a bonus . I will be staying there again next year .
