East to find, very central, bistro on site and good food.
The location was really good for us, eateries within walking distance and the beach was less than ten minutes by car. The beds were really comfortable and the pillows were actually good. A TV in each adjoining room was convenient. The complimentary water bottles were helpful. The water temperature and pressure was great.
Wasn't soundproofed to the extent you couldn't hear patrons at the bar. We found a meal in the mini-fridge. from the previous guest. We didn't have a good view from the windows and the two single beds on wheels though comfortable, couldn't be locked in place.

Location is great. Comfortable beds, clean and everything you need for a few nights away at Umina Beach including an excellent Aussie pub downstairs with great food.
Plenty of shops and cafes/restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach.
Friendly staff.
The staff were wonderful- they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.
The beds on rollers were a little unsafe ( as the beds moved/ rolled away when getting in and out of bed)
Location and price
Staff a bit slow to appear at reception, no tissues and a bit more effort to decorate the room would make a big difference.
