Great pub food, central location, dated but clean.
Pros:

Very central location, great value for money in the off season. Clean. Great restaurant in the pub.

Cons:

It can be noisy. The hot water in my shower did not work. Rooms are quite old, it’s a bit worn and dated.

Pros:

I booked the accommodation for friends visiting for a weekend of cycling and socialising. They had a very comfortable stay, and we enjoyed the bar downstairs. We did not eat at Ocean Beach this time, but I eat there regularly and can recommend the food and options.
