that there was a closure on the business center area when got there and ws that way the entire time so there was no place to hang out which sucked bc it was a rainy terrace so we coudnt chill there either . also the only day that we had a tight schdeuled the breakfast was delayed by so long it was a nightmare

La ubicación y el personal super amable.

Cons:

El baño en la parte de la regadera tenia hongos y moho. Le falta limpieza profunda a las paredes alrededor del lavabo, mi habitación no tenia ventanas que se pudieran abrir y no había buena ventilación.

This was very disappointing. We left after the first night. The room was very tiny and felt claustrophobic with no windo

Cons:

No windows that open or look out in the room. The shower had a lot of mold. There was no space in the room for two suitcases. The bed is made of plywood with no sealant/paint/finish so you are sleeping with plywood two inches from your face. Uncomfortable mattress.

Great location for your money.
Pros:

Great location for your money. The staff was really nice and helpful the minute we walked in. We arrived early and they secured our luggage until we came back from exploring the city thar day. It was nice that there was always at the front desk for any questions throughout the day and night. There's also a security guard around 24hrs which made me feel safe everytime i stepped in and out of the hotel.The girl at the breakfast area upstairs was very helpful and she kept the area clean all the time and food was delicious. We loved their coffee machine. There is a sitting area all the way to top of building to sit and chill with a view. Coffee shops and street vendors for tacos around the hotel to grab a bite at night or early in the morning.

Cons:

It would be nice if the room had a small refrigerator. The hotel booked me a tour package but the company was charging me 2000 extra pesos when the tour concluded.

La atención del personal del hotel. Desde el counter hasta la persona que realizaba el aseo a la habitación como las personas que alistaban el buffet para el desayuno.

Cons:

Hubiese preferido un cuarto con vista a la calle.
