Boa localização, moderno, simpatia do pessoal.

O Chuveiro do quarto apesar de grande e muito bom, acaba por deitar água para o chão da casa de banho.

Cons:

Quarto da suite tinha problema no tecto ao ponto de acordar de manha estar po do tecto( tijolo burro) sobre a cama inclusive por cima a minha esposa
Mencionamos na recepcao no qual nos foi informado que ja estavam a par da situação no qual ja tinha tentado reparar mas pelos vistos nao ficou resolvido
No final so recebemos um pedido de desculpas
Sendo um hotel de 4* seria melhor se quarto nao esta em condicoes nao o utilizarem

Excecional! Parabéns a todos pelo excelente trabalho! A repetir!
Pros:

Gostámos de tudo. Da receção, simpatia geral, atendimento, quarto, limpeza, produtos de higiene à disposição, excelente pequeno almoço... tudo isto num edifício magnífico, limpo e bem mantido.
Cereja no topo do bolo, o jantar magnífico no restaurante Santo Amaro, com os mesmos padrões de excelência a todos os níveis. Para repetir, com certeza!

Pros:

Todo. Sobre todo la habitación y las vistas. Muy agradables. Muy amable todo el personal. Sitios cerca para cenar muy bien. La cama y almohadas súper cómodas.

Estadia espetacular
Pros:

A estadia no Convento da Sertã foi uma experiência muito agradável. O hotel combina de forma harmoniosa o charme histórico do edifício com instalações modernas e confortáveis, proporcionando um ambiente tranquilo e acolhedor. Pequeno-almoço muito bom e hotel no centro da cidade. A voltar!

Lovely location.
Pros:

Lovely converted convent on the outskirts of Serta. Located very close to the Roman bridge. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants and supermarket.

Ours was a 'standard' room and was located in a modern but tasteful annex. The room was bright and airy with a small seating area outside.

The young lady on reception was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English.

Plenty of storage space in the bedroom and the shower room was modern.

Good parking to the side of the hotel.

Breakfast was included and we had the option for cooked eggs and bacon if desired.

Cons:

The wash basin didn't drain properly and the toilet was constantly running water and half flushing through the night, so not a great night's sleep.

Nothing a plumber couldn't sort out but there was no one on reception in the morning so we had to leave without mentioning the issue.
