Pros:

Ein großes Lob an die Putzfrau auf der 3. Etage. Sie war immer freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und hat das Zimmer täglich perfekt gereinigt. Alles war sauber, frisch und gepflegt. So fühlt man sich wirklich wohl. Vielen Dank für die tolle Arbeit!

Cons:

Wenn man schreibt mit Klimaanlage, und die läuft nur auch nachts wenn das Licht im Flur brennt
Also der Lichtschalter ist der zentrale Punkt ist wo laufen muss das alles andere auch
Läuft dann ist das zum schlafen nicht gerade gut
Und die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig

Cons:

Nie była uzupełniana kawa i herbata w pokoju, mimo że na stronie jest opisane jako standard. Kiedy poprosiłam o uzupełnienie to otrzymałam odpowiedź o braku herbaty w hotelu. Prośby z mojej strony o wymianę ręczników. Bardzo małe okno. Wieczorem problem z oglądaniem telewizji, ponieważ sąsiad z pokoju obok zwracał nam uwagę że za głośno. Telewizor nie był ustawiony głośno.

Nobody speaks English!
It's not professional the staf on the reception to not be able to give information about the city because of it. They are nice and pleasant but that is not useful about the tehnical information we needed. The information on line is not always available and truthful.

Çalışanların ilgizliği sorunları çözmek degil de geçiştirmek için dinledikleri.
Havluların başka otelden 3 günde bir gelmesi.
Diger odalardan gece yüksek ses gelmesi ve çalışanların bu konuda hiçbişey yapmaması. Oda temizliginin berbat olması. Banyo tuvalet temizliginin hiç olmaması.

ich bin nicht in diese Hotel geblieben
Pros:

Wir sind nicht im diese Hotel übernachtet. Weil sie haben die Zweite Zimmer ohne fernster gehabt. Ich habe vor eine Monate reserviert. Und sie habe die Zweite Zimmer jemand andere gegeben. Nicht akzeptable.

Cons:

ich kann nicht sage weil wir sind nicht im diese Hotel geblieben. Wir mussten nach einem anderen Hotel suchen.

Dobra lokalizacja, śniadanie ok, dobra cena.

Cons:

Zepsuta klima w naszym pokoju, brak ręczników w dniu przyjazdu, nawet po interwencji w recepcji ich nie dostaliśmy, dopiero na drugi dzień.
