Sehr gute Ausstattung kann es für jeden Weiterempfehlen vorallem wenn man aus Europa kommt
Pros:

Unsere Familie war schon zum zweiten Mal hier und man konnte sich sogar erinnern, obwohl es 7 Jahre her war. Alles war sauber und komfortabel und modern. Das Personal war auch sehr nett, sie haben alles vorbereitet was man essen wollte rund um die Uhr. Die Unterkunft ist allerdings, weitergegeben vom Zentrum. Mit Taxi und Bus direkt in der Nähe jedoch gut zu erreichen.

Pros:

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und in allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Und das Flughafenshuttle hat bei Ankunft und Abflug bestens funktioniert.

The administrators and kitchen staff were super nice and friendly. Location is far from center, I suggest staying here if you need to go to Kazakhstan border next day by taxi.

Clean, but far away from everything
Pros:

Professional staff, clean, parking, good selection of breakfast, free coffee and snacks during the day.

Cons:

There’s carpet in the room and it’s a bit irritating that the sink is in the room and not in the bathroom. My husband got sick after breakfast.

Pros:

Staff and manager were really great and went out of their way to help accommodate my travel schedule and make sure I had a comfortable stay.
