Pros:

Creative re-use of an old eyeglasses manufacturing building makes for an interesting stay. Lucky bonus for my trip: visitors included scores of Ford model A enthusiasts with their cars. Better conference food than similar venues.

Cons:

I want to encourage this hotel to consider what it's like to travel a distance and then stand in a line to check in. It's irritating and unnecessary.

This is a hotel management issue, not an issue with the individual who heroically keeps cool day after day dealing with highly predictable long check-in lines.
Hello, M. Manager: visit other hotels to get check-in ideas. Such as: cross-train someone to help at check-in during busy times. Work with local voc school to get part-time afternoon staff. Manager could open second station during check-in. Automate check-in. You can do this! We're rooting for you to improve this.

Nice place to stay for a night or two.

Nice looking and clean property.

Cons:

Room service didn’t come. All Coffee dispensers in the lobby were empty by 8:30 and was told there were no plans to refill them.

The pool and the hot tub. Beautiful Hotel and a Spacious room. Friendly Staff

Cons:

The Mattress on the Bed too hard. Suggest get a more Comfortable Mattress. Mini Refrigerator need to be replaced, not cold enough. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hoping they start realizing the hotel is getting older and time for some capital improvements.
Pros:

It’s are go to hotel when we go up. First time getting to use pool/hot tub

Cons:

They had emergency boiler service and that seemed to affect the hot water to room 204.
Huge gap at bottom of door and that was effecting the AC in the room.

Pros:

The hotel has some nice history and architecture here and there. Most of it is covered up or behind doors tho. It's a fine location but it's not super close to anything. There is a great witch themed coffee shop in town.

Cons:

The AC broke while we were here and the beds and pillows were already kinda tired and flat so the sleeping was not amazin
