Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, había estaciones de metro cerca, se sentía un poco peligrosa la zona de noche, pero tampoco era exagerado, había bastante ruido en la zona pero en el hotel te ofrecian tapones de oidos, me pareció bueno. El personal 10/10

Cons:

Estaba exageradamente pequeño el baño, soy alguien relativamente grande, no cabía en la regadera, de que un hombro tocaba la pared y el otro tocaba la cortina, tampoco cabía en la taza, no me gustó que no hacían el servicio de limpieza a diario y además nos salio una chinche

Cons:

Hotel sin ascensor, escalas y pasillos largos.
Mala atención del personal, las tarjetas de ingreso a la habitación se bloquearon en 3 ocasiones y no siempre había personal en recepción para solucionar (ocurrió a media noche y tuvimos que esperar 40 minutos).
El servicio de aseo a la habitación solo se presentó 1 vez en 10 días de hospedaje.
No hay opción de agua, no hay nevera, no hay servicios adicionales.
Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, el baño es muy pequeño y no hay opción de guardar la ropa en ningún lado.

Perfect location for quick overnight stay, but beware the noise and stairs.

Location. 2 mins to Moynihan Hall Penn Station and very close to Madison Square Garden. Kind, helpful staff.

Cons:

This is a tough one because you kinda get what you pay for and it’s all relative when other rooms in the closest hotels are twice the price by comparison. So, there’s a reason it’s ‘cheap’. The room was very, very noisy being on a busy street corner in the city that never sleeps. Definitely needed the noise cancelling headphones to sleep. There were a lot of steep stairs to get to the room. It was small but adequate for one person and it was very clean. The stairs and common areas not so much.
