Idyllic stay in charming Ciutadella central. So close to wonderful shopping, restaurants and bars.
Pros:

We had a beautiful room with a bath , overlooking the cathedral. It was quiet and peaceful and the hotel has charming decor.

Lindo ambiente e perto de tudo!

Achei tudo maravilhoso.
Perto de tudo na cidade . Quarto limpo e grande .
Deixavam sempre águas free, café da manhã muito gostoso, com várias opções de frutas , ovos , granolas, toast de salmão com abacate , crepes.
Fora que era um antigo palácio. As instalações lindas! Super recomendo

Cons:

poderia uma academia pequena mas não fez falta pois corri na rua mesmo sendo cedo( sol só nasce as 7:30)

Beautiful hotel in a great spot with excellent facilities
Pros:

Beautiful hotel and spa with lots of lovely, thoughtful details. It’s in a great location but and also had a lovely day at Casa de Pau, though we’d also very happily have stayed at the hotel for the whole trip too!

Cons:

There really wasn’t much to improve on. My main points were that we drove to Casa de Pau, and weren’t 100% sure that we’d got to the right place - clearer signs on arrival would be helpful. We also had a few moments at the hotel where we had to wait quite a while for staff but that wasn’t a huge problem. They were attentive, perhaps just not enough of them.

Emplacement optimal à l’intérieur de la ville.
Un havre de sérénité et d’élégance avec un vrai « sense of place » . Un luxe sobre , inspiré de l’artisanat local, confortable, tout est réfléchi.
Des équipes authentiquement attentionnées et compétentes.
Un moment suspendu que nous recommandons !

Cons:

Notre chambre était superbe, on entendait parfois notre voisin du dessus marcher.

Great location, poor value
Pros:

The location, right in the middle of the old town. The majority of the staff were polite and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel you see on the website is the main building, however there are several other annexes. Ours was 200 m away and had a few cleaners but no Reception desk or services other than a plunge pool. We were disappointed that this was not made clear when we booked. The rooms are not luxurious, as you would expect from the price charged of 330€ per night. The first room we were shown was very smal and dark with a small window. Again, not at all what we expected from a 5 Star rated hotel. We were offered another larger room in the same satellite annexe but it faced the street and had very thin walls so every time the adjoining room turned on a tap or flushed the toilet, it woke us up. The gymnasium is tiny with some weights and a static bicycle. We had breakfast included but it was a disorganised experience that could be much better. For example, the "orange juice" is rediluted concentrated orange juice with some pulp added to make it look real. The food is laid out as a buffet in a room inside the hotel next to reception. The seating area is about 25 metres away in the garden outside.

Increible experiencia en un hotel espectacular
Pros:

Increible debe ser el mejor hotel de ciudadela espectscular todo.

Cons:

Una cosa muy extraña en este hotel de lujo y donde todo era increible en el desayuno que era muy bueno no dan jugo de naranja natural, es de caja con suerte. Un detalle extraño nomas.

Fabulous oasis and charming team
Pros:

It's a beautiful historic hotel in the heart of the city. Therefore obviously pools will be smaller. Concierge fantastic and management v good. Great restaurant and general advice - they're there on hand from early to late. Rooms very comfortable and lovely bathrooms

Not much to be honest.

Muito charmoso mas falta serviço

Hotel lindo, os passarinhos dormem no jardim do hotel!!

Cons:

Estava com um grupo grande de amigos, e pagamos o mesmo valor e alguns como eu ficamos em um quarto minúsculo, pelo menos deveria ter uma diferença de tarifa. A cozinha fecha e se quiser comer entre 15 hs e 20 hs não tem refeição para servir. Saímos cedo para pegar o voo o hotel não tinha um funcionário de plantão para ajudar com as malas….
