A truly magical stay at Faustino Gran Relais & Châteaux
Pros:

I chose Faustino Gran Relais & Châteaux to celebrate my fiancé's 50th birthday, and I truly couldn't have chosen a better boutique hotel.

From the very beginning, the communication was exceptional. The team answered all of my questions before our arrival, making everything easy and stress-free.

Although we arrived before check-in, we were warmly welcomed and well looked after. Antonio made sure our room was ready as soon as possible and, while we waited, gave us a wonderful tour of the property. All four palaces from different centuries that make up the hotel are beautiful and unique.

We stayed in Cal Bisbe in a beautiful, spacious room overlooking the cathedral. The design of the hotel is outstanding, and I especially loved the photography of Menorcan horses and the hand-painted bird illustrations. The courtyard pool, surrounded by lush plants is a peaceful oasis with stunning cathedral views.

Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Antonio went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and it was a pleasure meeting the General Manager, Maite, who took the time to chat with us during breakfast.

The restaurant, set beneath beautiful olive trees, is incredibly romantic and the perfect place to enjoy an evening meal.

Thank you to the entire team for making this birthday celebration so memorable. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return. Thank you!

Pros:

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were luxurious and the multitude of pools gave you a sense of seclusion.

The fact that it was right in the heart of the old city made exploring, shipping and eating a delight..

Cons:

There could have been a bit more choice and variety on the evening menu.

Szép hotel az óvárosban
Pros:

Csodálatos épúlet nagyon szép belsőkertes étteremmel, a régi központtól pár perc sétára. 3 épületből álló hotel, mi a legszebbben voltunk elszállásolva egy hatalmas szobában, a Junior Suite-ben.

Cons:

Nehéz parkolni a környéken, kèső esti megközelítés esetén különösen. A szobaszámhoz képest kicsi a medence és kevés a mapágy, de sokan a tengerparti strandolást választják, így általában sikerült napágyhoz jutni.

Pros:

Cons:

The gym was very basic and I wouldn’t call it a gym; the should make it bigger and add more equipment.

Everything at the Faustino Gran was incredible!! It felt like a postcard how stunning everything was! The buildings, rooms, spa and pools were amazing! So well looked after, we didn’t want to leave! Everyone was so lovely and thoughtful and it was incredible being right in the centre of the old town.
