Beautiful hotel in a perfect location with an amazing staff.
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was lovely.

Cons:

We only wished the lunch and dinner was better. We had some great meals near by the hotel.

Everything at the Faustino Gran was incredible!! It felt like a postcard how stunning everything was! The buildings, rooms, spa and pools were amazing! So well looked after, we didn’t want to leave! Everyone was so lovely and thoughtful and it was incredible being right in the centre of the old town.

Amazing, such a beautiful hotel!

Cons:

The spa has a weird policy of letting in 6 people - it should rather be kept private, as extra people make it feel weird. The staff was not very attentive (restaurant), they made mistakes, while at the reception there was always a group of people making it difficult to figure out who actually works there (they all did).

Séjour agréable mais on aurait préféré une chambre plus paisible

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien ainsi que le personnel à l'accueil qui donne de très bonnes adresses pour se déplacer sur les plages environnantes.

Cons:

La chambre sous les toits un peu bruyante( on entend la rue , les bruits du couloir le matin , et les petites fenêtres qui laissent passer la lumière ....)

Es un hermoso hotel constituido por tres palacios separados en un mismo sector. Historia y remodelaciones cómodas y lindas con piscinas y un spa estupendo. La atención es muy amable y agradable
