Otelin yerlesmesi cox gozel yerdeydi. Her yere yaxin. Rahatliqla tapa bilirdik. Temizlik onemli. Temizliyi yerinde, pasteller agappaq, isci heyeti mehriban guleruz. Yemekleri halal. Turkler isledir oranin metbexini. Buna gore halalliqla tam rahat sekilde yeye bilirdik seher yemeyin. Bir beyenmediyim sauna ve hamamda erkekle qadinlarin beraber olmasi idi. Onu ayri etseler ela olardi.

Pros:

We checked out today after staying in two side-by-side rooms as a family of four.

The location is excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, there were a few issues that I think the hotel should address

Cons:

The breakfast room is quite small. If the hotel is fully booked, you may have to wait or go for tables on the pavement outside for a table, which obviously isn’t ideal if the weather is poor. Ans breakfast was ok.

More importantly, despite communicating with the hotel in advance about our late arrival and making it clear that we were a family of four as per booking, each room had only one hand towel and one shower towel. This was a rather glaring oversight, as there were two people staying in each room. After an exhausting day and a late arrival, the last thing you want is to have to call reception to ask for a second set of towels.

I was also surprised that the hotel doesn’t provide liquid hand wash. Instead, guests are given the old-fashioned small bar of soap. Providing liquid hand soap would be a very simple and inexpensive improvement that would make a noticeable difference.

Finally, the air-conditioning is quite noisy, even when the fan is set to its lowest level. I noticed that other guests have mentioned the same issue in their reviews. I hope the hotel’s management will not simply acknowledge this problem but actually take steps to resolve it.

Overall, the hotel has an excellent location and clean rooms, but a few relatively simple improvements would make the stay considerably more comfortable.

Location is good.
Decoration and fitout are beautiful
Breakfast and dinner food were very good and tasty
Staff were very good

Cons:

AC was very noisy in the room when I arrived, the maintenance and reception personal said that all rooms are like this. I was astonished to hear that, then they changed my room to another one but it was without view and proper day light, I did not accept. The next day they changed my room to another one, the AC was fine but I was smelling smoke smell, it seems the people in the adjacent room were smoking, then they stopped after the hotel informed them. The ventilation system should be improved in the hotel.

Süperrrr herkese tavsiye ediyorum.
Pros:

Konumu, temizliği, sakinliği, personelin ilgisi hepsi çok güzeldi harika bir beş gün geçirdik tüm çalışanlara çok teşekkürler. Batum’a tekrar geldiğimde kesinlikle tercih edeceğim bir otel.
