Comfortable hotel with a great SPA in a perfect location
WiFi was bad at 3rd floor
Хорошее месторасположение - в историческом центре, вкусные завтраки, уютные номера. Рядом церковь. Приятно было слышать звон колоколов в номере отеля. Спа в отеле хороший. Рекомендую к посещению.
Персонал медленно реагировал на просьбы или забывал. При заезде в номер не поставили приветственную воду, кофе машину, которые полагались в номере. Но это мелочи, которые не повлияли на отдых. Зная можно сразу попросить на ресепшене.

Oda servis hizmetlerinin biraz daha geliştirilmesi lazım.
Oda imkanlarının arttırılması lazım. Kahve çay seçenekleri, banyodaki ilave gereksinimlerin koyulması lazım. Örneğin pamuk, kulak temizleyici gibi temel ihtiyaçların bu fiyat performansında olması lazım.

The staggering was amazing. Really great team at the reception at all hours.
AC did not work on the first day and had to complain three times after which with quite some waiting and get a different room. But the staff was very helpful and tried their best to resolve the issue.

Very clean and wonderful service from the staff
The air conditioning was not working in our original room, and although we were moved to another room the next day, the issue was not fully resolved. The new room’s air conditioning was noisy and kept turning on and off repeatedly. While the hotel did upgrade our room and kindly offered a complimentary massage, our overall stay was still not comfortable.
Additionally, the street outside was very crowded, and the noise level was unbearable, making it difficult to relax.
