For a 5-star hotel, it was disappointing: there was no internet on the TV, and when I called to ask, I was told it couldn't be turned on. There was mold on the shower wall, and the window of my room opened directly right above trash bins."

Nice Hotel well placed for exploring Batumi
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. They found a great place for my bicycle, which may not have pleased everyone but was perfect for me. The night portier helped me with my luggage when I arrived at 6 in the morning after a tiriing journey with real kindness. Truly nice people, all I have met.

Pros:

Hotel bien situé dans l'ancienne ville de batoumi. Le personnel est très serviable et réactif et le buffet du petit dejeuner bien varié.

Cons:

La forte odeur de cigarettes dans les chambres (on nous a proposé 3). Comme la cigarette est autorisée dans le casino au premier étage, le système de climatisation et évacuation fait circuler l'odeur dans les chambres, ce qui a gaché notre séjour, sans parler de ce système de climatisation méga bruyant😏.
Et très certainement, il ne s'agit pas d'un hotel 5*, ne soyez pas induit en erreur comme nous l'étions.
