Clean, family friendly and hospitable stay.
Pros:

A nice hotel, luxury decor, very clean. All the staff are very helpful, friendly, and hospitable. Reception staff recommended a spa Hammam and booked it for is and have ordered out taxis each day with ease. Breakfast is good, Zehra is friendly and baked a delicious baklava for the guests. Breakfast service could be improved with staff being more attentive and providing hot drinks such as latte, cappuccino and hot chocolate as well as child-friendly options such as small pancakes and yoghurt tubs. There should also be hot sauce like Tabasco for international guests at breakfast and in the restaurant. The location is good, it’s a short taxi drive to the main spots. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel and I would recommend it for your stay.

Very good value for money.
Pros:

Absolutely brilliant hotel, very well looked after, felt very safe and secure and rooms were very clean whilst service was brilliant with brilliant amenities.

Cons:

I think maybe a few better english speaking staff but nothing google translate cant help.

Pros:

On a tout aimé dans cet établissement, pour l’emplacement, il est à 10 minutes en voiture gazientep centre. Le plus avoir un parking avec un valet ça aide beaucoup.

An good hotel close to the motorway
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. Plus there was an amazing hairdryer. Staff were all very friendly and polite.

Cons:

I guess I had one of the rooms with the most noise: Outside there is a six lane motorway that’s busy literally 24 hours long. Even with the ear plugs I have slept very badly. Before arriving I had - by chance - asked kindly for a quiet room but this was definitely not it.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage mit ganz kleinen Mankos
Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel mit zentraler Lage.

Cons:

Die Fenster sind nicht schalldicht, somit ziemlich laut von draußen. Auch die Klimaanlage läuft ziemlich laut.
Im Bad etwas wenig Staumöglichkeiten für die vielen Utensilien, die man braucht.
