Menší hotel na pěkném místě s nadstandardní snídaní!
Pros:

Pěkný malý pokoj v posledním patře byl pohodlný a měl výhled na střechy. Byl tam klid a ticho.
Perfektní snídaně v moc pěkném salónku v přízemí.
Velmi veliký výběr, kvalitní suroviny, dobrá káva a velmi milý personál. Snídaně byla opravdu nadstandardní.

Cons:

Parkování v Karlových Varech je opravdu problém.
Měla jsem rezervaci místa ale nějaký cizinec z úplně jiného hotelu moje místo obsadil. Naštěstí jsme ho s pánem z recepce našli a nakonec jsem zaparkovala. Jedná noc parkování stojí 560 korun!!!! To je opravdu moc!

Cons:

It is difficult to stay in the room when it is hot outside. There is no air-conditioning. They offered small floor heating fans, they did not even have proper standing and rotating fans. I find it a bit weird that a 4 star hotel does not try to resolve this problem in any way.
Also there were pictures of balcony when we booked. There was no balcony in our room.

Pros:

De som jobber her er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi bestilte til 5 og fikk en svitte + et rom. Herlig.

Hyggeligt, lå rigtig fint i byen, søde og imødekommende, stilen er gennemført.

Cons:

Det virkede lidt som om de var lidt ligeglade med standen, håndklæde var slidt og hullet, lyset over spejlet på badeværelset virkede ikke, der var end del pære der var sprunget både på værelset og på trappen.
Kom ned til morgenmad kl. 9.30 der var der ikke meget tilbage og de havde ikke mere

Morgenmad var mellem 8 0g 10.30 så der var da tid endnu
