Für Familien absolut empfehlenswert. Ein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und bestand aus Wohn-Schlaf und Küchenraum. Die Betten waren gut und das Frühstück auch.

Cons:

Die Heizung funktionierte nicht richtig und das Waschbecken lief nur mässig ab.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und Man kommt zu Fuß überall gut hin

Cons:

Heizungen gingen nicht, bei dem Wetter von 9 Grad wäre es schon schön gewesen abendes in ein warmes Zimmer zukommen ( Heizung stand auf 5)
In Küche und Bad kam das Wasser am Hahn raus weshalb immer überall Wasser stand.
Die Betten waren sehr hart
Das Frühstück war so lala man sollte keine großen Erwartungen habe.

Sehr schöner, angenehmer Aufenthalt, mit winzigen Abstrichen.
Pros:

Das Gebäude ist bezaubernd. Diese Barock-Ornamentik, besonders im Treppenhaus und im Speisesaal und auch von außen! Wie im Schloss. Außerdem schöner Blick auf die anderen Häuser und Gassen nach hinten heraus. Die Lage ist auch top: Genau in der berühmten Straße mit den vielen alten Gebäuden, ein paar Schritte vom Kaiserbad entfernt.

Cons:

Das Früchstück war gut, hätte aber mehr Auswahl bei Müsli oder Früchten haben können. Das beliebte Rührei gab es nicht jeden Tag. Kaffee in der Kaffemaschine zu schwach/dünn eingestellt. Das basiert natürlich nur auf unseren subjektiven Vorlieben!

O edifício é uma obra de arte, quer no interior, quer no exterior. Ficámos no último piso, felizmente tínhamos elevador. Pequeno almoço agradável e o staff foi extremamente simpático. Óptima localização.

Cons:

Apesar de lindo, o edifício está seriamente a precisar de restauro! Estuques com arranjos mal feitos, alcatifas gastas e o estrado da nossa cama, no quarto 401 desmontou-se 2 vezes, apenas com p eso do corpo. A torneira do lavatório pingou a noite toda, sem possibilidade de fechar melhor. Sem ser isso, tudo ok.

Não sei como este hotel tem 4 estrelas.
Com noites abaixo dos 10°C, tremi de frio no quarto por não ter aquecimento. É extremamente desconfortável pagar para dormir num sítio e não estar confortável. Passei mesmo muito frio. Informei na receção que os aquecedores não estavam a funcionar e informaram-me que naquela manhã alguém tinha ido arranjar o aquecimento. Tenho algumas dúvidas sobre esta informação ser veridica por ter visto no Booking um comentário há algum tempo a mencionar também o frio, pelo que não foi algo ocasional nos dias que lá estivemos.
Alguns candeeiros também só tinham 1 lâmpada, não sei se para poupar energia...
A base do duche estava também rachada/partida, acredito que o andar de baixo tenha uma infiltração enorme com a água que deveria cair daquele duche.
As toalhas estavam velhas e gastas, uma até estava meio rasgada.
Dos 4 funcionários com quem falámos, apenas 1 falava inglês.
A decoração é bonita, mas o hotel não tem comodidades associadas a um hotel de 4 estrelas.
