Bom, porém não cuida dos hóspedes.
Pros:

Café bom. Pouco espaço e mesas pra comer. Apertado. Quarto muito bom e confortável, porém frio, sem calefaçao e fez menos 1 graus e não tínhamos a quem recorrer. Pois não havia recepção após as 21:00 muito frio. Descarga do vaso parou de funcionar e não pudemos usar o sanitário durante a noite. Ao amanhecer pedimos pra ficar um pouco mais de tempo no check-out para fazer as necessidades após o conserto, nos foi negado. Infelizmente, um belo hotel, que não ofereceu maiores cuidados com o hospede.

При заезде мужчина на ресепшине утверждал что мест нет,хотя мы забронировали и заплатили заранее.в итоге разобрались.завтрак очень поздний в 8.00,мы рано встаём, поэтому нам было неудобно.пришли в 8.10 и не все блюда были готовы,когда уже позавтракали то персонал начали выносить ещё еду.В номере балконная дверь не закрывалась

Нічого ! Бо я туди не зміг попасти ,

Cons:

Все ! Нас підвели власники ! Не відкрили двері а підтвердили бронювання, та не вирішили проблему ! Сказали що зразу повернуть кошти ! А це займе 14 днів і не факт , що повернуть ! Перший раз за весь час на букінгу так хамство ! Фу

Pro nenáročné klienty. Poměr lokalita, cena, čistota - vyhovující.
Pros:

Lokalita hotelu je naprosto perfektní – přímo v centru s krásným výhledem na Grandhotel Pupp. Recepční byl velice příjemný a ochotný - ihned nám vyřešil první zjištěnou závadu (u nás po příjezdu nesvítilo světlo v koupelně). Snídaně byla výborná.

Cons:

Co se týče samotného hotelu, zasloužil by si už rekonstrukci a renovaci. Je to taková „naleštěná bída“ – na první pohled působí luxusně, při bližším pohledu už ale nedostatky nejdou přehlédnout. Matrace byly proleželé, sprchová vana popraskaná - voda z ní pravděpodobně protékala do pokoje pod námi. Na lustru v ložnici svítila pouze jedna žárovka, lampičky u postele byly na baterky a po dvaceti minutách večer zhasly. Ve 22 hodin jsme chtěli zapnout televizi, ale i přes veškerou snahu se ji nepodařilo zprovoznit. Již jsme neřešili. Parkety pod kobercem vrzaly „jak vrata od chléva“. V pokoji bylo poměrně chladněji.

Nádherný hotel s milým personálem
Pros:

Nádherný menší hotel na začátku kolonády, se skvělým personálem. Pokoje jsou akorát velké, pohodlná postel, nikdo ze sousedů nás nerušil. Všude čisto, voňavo. Z vybavení je na pokoji lednice.
Snídaně jsou naprosto dostatečné, čisté stoly. Za skvělou cenu zkrátka skvělý hotel, přímo naproti hotelu PUPP. Byli jsme nadšení a moc rádi se zde vrátíme.
