The hotel was extremely dirty. Breakfast was terrible. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Two out of four elevators were broken. You had to wait 30 to 40 minutes for the elevator. Don’t stay here.”

Perfect location with immediate access to the metro, just 4 stops from Taksim Square.
Excellent breakfast with a huge variety of options.
Very helpful staff (and always smiling — big plus!).

Cons:

The television in the room is quite old; I would expect a recent smart TV in a hotel of this category.

Gran opción en Estambul
Pros:

Las habitaciones y baño muy cómodos y nuevos o reformados, todo en excelente estado, las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno es excelente, el trato del personal del hotel es muy bueno y aunque no tiene una ubicación cercano a los sitios de interes turístico, tiene una estación de metro abajo del hotel con lo cual te permite estar en cualquier parte de la ciudad en minutos (mucho mejor que ir en coche por el tráfico intenso de la ciudad). Hay dos buenos centros comerciales pegados al hotel, con buenas opciones de restaurantes y fast food, y obvio todas las tiendas.

Cons:

Le falta un restaurante casual al hotel, donde puedas comer o cenar sin ser un restaurante formal.

موقع ممتاز جداً وقريب من المجمعات وله مدخل خاص ومباشر إليهم كانت الإقامة رائعة و الفندق جميل جداً، نظيف ومرتب، والغرف مريحة وواسعة، والخدمات ممتازة وأكثر ما يميز الفندق هو حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام بالضيوف، حيث كان جميع الموظفين متعاونين وودودين والموقع والأجواء هادئة ومريحة، والإفطار متنوع ولذيذ.

كل الشكر لإدارة الفندق وجميع العاملين على هذه التجربة الجميلة والضيافة الراقية. بالتأكيد سأكرر الإقامة في الفندق في زيارتي القادمة إلى إسطنبول، وأنصح به بشدة .
