Awful! Avoid!!

Es war die schrecklichste Erfahrung welche ich je mit einem Hotel gemacht habe!
Habe diese Unterkunft aufgrund meiner späten Ankunft in Wien gebucht, da diese mit Self-Check-In geworben hat und dadurch der Eindruck entstanden ist man könne jederzeit per Code ins Zimmer gelangen. Das dies nicht der Fall war habe ich leider erst nach der Buchung herausgefunden. Daraufhin versuchte ich vergebens in den Öffnungszeiten jemanden von der Unterkunft zu erreichen um einen gebührenpflichtigen späten Check in nachträglich dazuzubuchen. Es war allerdings weder per Mail über Booking.com noch telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen. Die Anfrage wurde sogar schriftlich verweigert! Letztendlich mußte ich die Nacht am Flughafen verbringen...
DISASTROUS!!! CATASTROPHIC!!!
It was the most terrible experience I've ever had with a hotel!
I booked this accommodation because of my late arrival in Vienna, as it advertised self check-in, creating the impression that one could access the room any time by using a code. Somehow I only discovered after booking that this was not the case. Then I tried to reach someone at the property to arrange a late check-in (for an extra fee) but it was impossible to get in touch with anyone. Their telephone must have been switched off and my request through Booking.com was even refused!!! In the end, I had to spend the night at the airport...

Pros:

W centrum, parę minut do Kunsthistorische Museum i do Hofburga. Bliski do pawilonu secesji proj. Olbricha i do 3 domów projektu Otto Wagnera. Naprzeciwko Husthistorishe Museum jest sklep Spar, gdzie można kupić nawet ciepłe potrawy, po drodze z hotelu są piekarnie i kawiarnie. Jedyna uwaga, że trzeba uważać na zastrzskujace się drzwi do pokoju - nie można wychodzić do toalety bez klucza do pokoju.

3 giorni e non si è visto nessuno a pulire la camera che era piccolissima. Nessun arredo per sistemare i vestiti, ti devi tenere tutto nella valigia. In tre ci si muove a fatica. Bagno piccolo, orrendo senza finestra, doccia e pavimento rotti, muffa. Stanza sopra un bar con tavoli fuori e gente che grida sino a tarda notte. La stanza era la 13. Mai piu.

Ich suchte ein günstiges Einzelzimmer. Ich bekam ein günstiges Einzelzimmer. Ich bin zufrieden.
Pros:

Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Preis für ein Einzelzimmer in dieser Lage ist angemessen. Wenn man nicht häufig verreist, kann der check-in nach 00:00 verwirren, aber an der Bar war kurz nach Mitternacht noch jemand, der mir Schlüssel und Türcode aushändigen konnte.
Der Starbucks ist in 2 Gehminuten Entfernung.

Cons:

Wer zeitig aufstehen muss und es nicht gewohnt ist, mit Ohropax zu schlafen, wird von der Karaoke im Erdgeschoß möglicherweise nach Mitternacht wach gehalten. Das Partyvolk verstummt aber im Laufe der Nacht.

Odanın büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Havalandırması kolaydı. Konumu merkeze uzak değildi, çevresinde ihtiyaç olabilecek şeyleri karşılama imkanım vardı. Fiyatından daha fazlasını da hak ediyordu. Barmen çok iyiydi, kibar birisi ayrıca diksiyonu çok güzeldi, bir ihtiyacım olsa halledeceğinden emindim.

Cons:

Yatak biraz dardı, yastık aşırı rahat değildi. Duvarlarda biraz lekeler vardı. Kaldığım katta duş göremedim alt katı kullanmak zorunda kaldım. Tuvalet çok hijyenik değildi.

недопустимо когда функции администратора отеля выполняют сотрудники Daniel`s bisrtonomie.

1. Заселили в номер не соответствующий бронированию и предварительной оплате , и поменяли номер далеко не с первого нашего аргументированного запроса , после продолжительной беседы с нетрезвым ( в 10 часов утра) сотрудником Daniel`s bisrtonomie.
2. В номере ни разу за 7 дней не было уборки.
3. В номере ни разу не менялось постельное белье и полотенца.
4. В номере не не было сигнала Wi-Fi.
5. Шум в баре под окнами номера до 4 утра.
6. Обращения к администрации по указанному номеру телефона и и через сообщения на Booking полностью игнорировались.

Cons:

Es war kein Spiegel im Zimmer. Das TV Gerät ließ sich nicht einschalten. Internetverbindung sehr abgehackt.
