Pros:

Nothing - the Host didn't contact me to check in, I searched another place to stay and my money I paid GONE

Cons:

The Host ignores my messages and I didn't got inside the property, I had to search another hotel to stay. Be aware and keep your money safe.

Cons:

There should be air conditioner according to the description, bit it wasn't.

One day some girl came to my room because they gave her wrong key. I was sleeping and surprised to see the unknoen girl in my room. Personal even do not say sorry.

Clean and simple.
Pros:

No information on breakfast. But when I found it, it was good.

Cons:

One shower for approximately 20 rooms that I had to find first, but it was clean and worked. Toilet paper in shared toilet running out fast. Room was clean and okay. Just a sink in the room (as advertised).

Pros:

O hotel não tem um hall de entrada. As Chaves do quarto tem que ser pegas no BAR que fica na esquina. O "hotel" tem cerca de 19 quartos. Existe apenas uma sala de banho no mezanino
Eu como fiquei no primeiro andar tinha que descer para tomar banho.
Nao existem funcionarios do hotel. Pelo que entendi. Não voltarão a me hospedagem neste estabelecimento.

Cons:

Da falta, principalmente de uma sala de banho no andar que fiquei. E da falta de um ventilador pois este periodo, extremamente quente fica difícil dormir.
Outra coisa: o perimetro é super barulhento. Impossível de dormir com o barulho que vem dos bares embaixo do hotel. E um deles, penso, pertence ao proprietário do hotel.

Comfortable central Vienna location but not perfect
Pros:

Central location extremely close to museum quarter. Room is basic but fine, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and amenable. The price was superb.

Cons:

Check in system is a mess and comms from the hotel were pool. You need to go to Daeniels Bistrot next door to get your key and check in but this won’t be communicated to you. Ignore the outdated information outside the hotel main door.

Shared toilet but I wasn’t aware of this.

Broken TV that doesn’t turn on.

The place was an affordable stay. It was advertised as expected. Staff were great.
Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly. Amazing location as it was central to everything you needed.

Cons:

Lack of fan / air-conditioning made it a sauna. Opening the window helped but the place is located above some busy night-life so it can get loud. On one night, the party downstairs left at 3am.

Also, no hand wash basin in the toilet was concerning.

Расположение действительно отличное, также нас без проблем заселили с собаками, сделав это без доплат, но зайдя в номер, стало понятно, почему. Два пункта выше - единственные плюсы

Номер грязный, буквально крошки на полу, кресла, на которые страшно садиться и нам пришлось выставить их в коридор, стены измазанные чем-то, прожженные шторы, сломанный верх кровати и розетка над головой - если честно, ко всему было неприятно прикасаться, нам пришлось самим хоть как-то прибраться только заселившись. Раковина, которая расположена прямо в комнате, абсолютно не сливала воду, у нас был бассейн. От вайфая одно название. Про коммуникацию с отелем вообще молчу - чтобы заселиться, нужно пройти квест и забирать ключи в заведении рядом, ресепшен есть, но за несколько дней мы ни разу никого там не видели. Связаться с отелем невозможно, они просто игнорируют сообщения. Как мы там выжили, спросите вы и будете правы, у нас просто не было сил искать что-то другое, но в этот отель мы однозначно больше не вернемся

Im Einzelzimmer: kein Spiegel,
WLAN funktionierte nicht, Fernseher funktionierte nicht, modriger Gestank.

Im Doppelzimmer: Haare in der Dusche,
Sofa, Stühle und Kopfteil des Bettes sehr schmutzig, Wände sehr schmutzig.
Rauchgestank im Zimmer.

Spätes Frühstück (keines in Anpruch nehmen können) war erst ab 9h möglich
