The staff was nice to an extent and the location was convenient. Also the mattresses have a zipper cover.
There was mold in the bathroom. We selected on Booking.com that we had pets with us. It doesn’t say anywhere when you are booking that you will be charged $25 per pet per night and when you’re already paying 250 for two nights for a hotel that you’re not even sure that you’re safe in that’s outrageous. The shower was filthy and the shower curtain previously fell off and was moved to a spot where it didn’t fit with holes left in walls. The light in the ceiling tile in the bathroom are not put on properly and are open, there are holes in walls, cracked tiles It doesn’t even look like the shower curtains has been washed. The vent was blowing instead of venting. The breakfast is the exact same every single day and when they run out of the healthier options, they don’t replace them. They don’t even where gloves when cooking or serving the food. The phone doesn’t work to call the front desk and the clarity on the tv is minimal. The toilet seat is broke, and the fridge smells like mold. In addition when you look at the reviews online, all you find is good reviews so it’s very deceiving and not sure if the negative reviews are being deleted.
The nice pool and good breakfast caused me to nudge my review up to an 8.

We used a booking company. There was a discrepancy between the hotel and the booking company. Neither wanted to budge even after showing it cleared my account. Was super frustrated that we spent 2 hours with the booking company on the phone and the hotel on the phone. Wouldn't have been so bad, but we were traveling with children and had been in a car 5 1/2 hours to get there. We had booked 2 rooms. One cleared, the 2nd didn't. However the booking company showed it cleared their end too. If the hotel had let some of the family go to the room that was already cleared, things may have been better. They didn't though and there was running and fussy children adding to the stress. Never had a problem with that booking company and use it frequently. This was the 1st and only time using this hotel.
The hotel was clean and no other issues. The next morning, the owner was in and apologized for the inconvenience.
breakfast was good, i liked the fresh, real eggs. waffles were fun, too. pool very nice. beds comfy.
the curtains did not block out the light . didn;t like linolium floors much, but it was ok.

We have stayed before and for some reason the bed was not as comfortable, maybe an older mattress in that room. Caused some bad shoulder and back pain.
Cleanliness
The room was nice, beds were comfy and we had no problem checking in early.
The breakfast room was very small and crowded.
