Cleaning and staff
This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. The room was extremely small and didn’t even have basic amenities like a fridge or a kettle, making it impossible to keep drinks cold or make a simple cup of tea The bathroom only provided a small bottle of water 200 ml very warm , and a small bag with shower gel that was supposed to serve as shampoo as well, which felt cheap and inadequate.
The breakfast was extremely poor, with very little variety. There were no eggs or omelets, and the overall quality and selection were far below what any hotel should offer. The hotel clearly cuts corners on even the most basic guest needs. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or worthwhile stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent as a base t explore Caldas. The staff were very pleasant. The room was not luxurious, but it was very comfortable, with a good bed. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of food and drinks and even had oat milk. The internet was good.
Nothing I did not like. The only comment I could make i that the bedroom could do with a facelift.
