Pas semblables aux photos, proches de l'aéroport ( 20-30m), personnels agréables.
Pros:

Assez proche de l'aéroport et accueil 24/24 mais convient pour une nuit de transite. Prix raisonnable.

Cons:

L'hôtel et la chambre ne correspond pas totalement aux photos. Les draps étais taché, une lumière clignotais et le rouleau de papier toilettes étais presque vide. Egalement une odeur "toxique" dans le couloirs de la chambre.

Air panasnya berfungsi dengan bagus, layanan telepon sangat bagus dan responnya sangat cepat.
Pros:

A pleasant experience for me.
Pros:

The staff is very responsible. We have some miscommunication before that makes me not getting a shuttle service i booked before. But the staff actually didnt just forget about it but hold accountable and try to solve it. They are very respectful and responsible. And the food is good.

Cons:

Someone didnt do their job by not Processing my shuttle request in time so by the time i need it , i am not able to use the service.

Great hotel with friendly staff and a nice pool for kids
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and always smiling, which made us feel welcome. The food was tasty and there was plenty to choose from. Our kids loved the swimming pool – it's great for children and we spent a lot of time there. Overall, a very nice place to stay and we'd happily come back again. 😊

Comfort stay with good service.
Pros:

So cool place for one night stay. Very close to airport. Enjoyed time there. And on the reception the guy Anugrah offered me room with higher level services for free. Thanks for good time!

Cons:

The water from bathing got stagnant in the bathroom.
The water from Aircond also leaking.
The room also small, but expected because i only book for single room

The room is very under maintained and smelly. The entire room is filled with smell of smoke. Bathroom was old and didn’t provide shampoo.

Shuttle zeer beperkt
Pros:

Dichtbij het vliegveld. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar bijzonder lekker.

Cons:

Enorm veel lawaai, onvriendelijk personeel (behalve in het restaurant), er zou een shuttle zijn naar het vliegveld maar dat was beperkt op onmogelijke vaste tijden! De kamers waren klein en weinig comfortabel, echt niet langer dan een nacht.

Estuve esperando una hora y media el supuesto Transfer al hotel, cuando me canse busque otro hotel y me fui. Ni siquiera llegué a ir teniendo al hotel teniendo encuenta el Transfer pensé , como sera el hotel. A las 3 h me mandan un mensaje de wasap que donde estaba. Este es el típico caso de '' el dinero del pobre va dos veces a la tienda''. Por poco dinero busca algo mejor Yakarta es barato, no te metas en esto es sufrir por cuatro perras. Es mi opinion
