Meu quarto suíte master F era bem localizado mas por ter obras abaixo do meu quarta a vista ficou um pouco prejudicada, tive problemas com vaso sanitário q foi resolvido com rapidez depois da segunda reclamação! Acho apenas q o quarto não condiz com o valor cobrado pois conheci outros no hotel mais novos lindos e mais baratos igualmente com vista

O serviço deixa a desejar. Nao foram passdas informações importantes sobre o hotel na chegada. O tratamento é um pouco impessoal e pouco flexível. Academia pequena para o padrao do hotel.

Um elogio especial ao funcionário Franco, que foi muito atencioso com nosso grupo todo o tempo!

Cons:

Pelo preço e pela divulgação de ser a “melhor viagem de vinicula do mundo”, acho que elevou muito as expectativas. O restaurante, o banheiro do quarto, a academia, àreas sociais, piscina gelada, tudo isso deixaram a desejar.
