Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, vistas espectaculares

Cons:

Calidad de servicio deficiente. El personal no conoce bien las actividades extras. Zona de spa pequeña, incompleta. Las piscinas deberían ser temperadas.

É muito frio , banheiro é impossível usar a noite devido a permanecer gelado , usamos o chuveiro e tudo fica muito molhado pois não tem box , o quarto não tem televisão e a internet é horrível , chegamos no horário e tivemos que esperar 1 hora pelo quarto , entramos perto das 16:00 e ainda quiserem nos colocar em um quarto que estava tendo uma obra o dia todo com barulho infernal , para piorar levei 40 minutos esperando para fazer o check out ! Não vale eu a pena essa reserva !

Boa, mas poderia ser excepcional pelo preço e proposta

O Hotel é lindíssimo, de muito bom gosto. Quarto excelente, automatizado, áreas comuns também.

Cons:

Staff ainda pouco treinado. Não nos ofereceram todas as atividades disponíveis e nem nos orientaram sobre as necessidades de reservas antecipadas.
Não pudemos almoçar na Vinícola, pois fecha domingos e segundas e não fomos informados, somente ao chegar. Demora para responder no whatsapp e email de dia, que dificulta a comunicação com o staff do hotel.
Café da manhã todo dia igual, ruim para quem fica mais dias.

Lujo silencioso en el valle
Pros:

El hotel y el viña son una obra de arte de la arquitectura , una ubicación privilegiada en el valle.
La atención de todo el personal es muy cálida y comprometida con la experiencia del huésped .
El restaurant milla milla rescata la cocina local y de huerto maridado por los excelentes vinos de viña Vik . Sin duda Ena experiencia de lujo silencioso

Minha reseva era para um quarto que tinha recém reformado. O cheiro de tinta ainda estava presente. Quando comentei sobre o desconforto me passaram para quarto muito melhor, com um conforto sensacional e com uma vista maravilhosa! Fui surpreendido com a gentileza e com a atenção me concedida!! Parabéns!!
