Please note that the property only has 1 Standard Twin Room per floor. Guests booking multiple guestrooms will be allocated rooms in different floors, and requests to stay on the same floor are not accepted.
For guests staying on the concierge floor:
- Children 12 years and younger can stay free of charge when sleeping in an existing bed.
- A surcharge of JPY 7,500 per day will apply for children between 4 to 12 years sleeping in existing beds.
Children 12 years and younger can use the lounge until 19:00.
Please note that children with diapers are not allowed in the pool and/or the hot tub.
In the pool area, children 12 years old and below must be accompanied by an adult guardian who is at least 20 years of age. Please also note that the property gym is only available to guests 18 years old and above.

自駕遊非常友善。房間夠大，看出去夜晚的名古屋市景非常美麗！飯店的位置非常好。出發去中部機場也很方便。
特別感謝在2樓飯店大門接待我們的服務員，真的非常親切而且體貼。讓我們下了行李之後，可以安心地先去還車。
回來飯店後，發現行李已經在房間等了。

We stayed only one night at this exceptional hotel in a 4 bed room. The room was incredibly spacious and well appointed. Staff were accommodating and attentive. It far exceeded our expectations. We are elite Bonvoy members and have stayed on numerous Marriot properties in the US that did not compare. The location was easy for travel as it adjoins the train station. The views of the city were fantastic. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and recommend it for the quality of service and extensive selection.
Stayed for 2 nights for a weekend away in Nagoya. The location is perfect, as the hotel is attached to the train station so it's easy to get across the city.
The parking is attached to the hotel and can be validated at check in and check out. The reduced hotel guest rate is valid until 1.30pm on the day of check out.
The hotel is great and one of my favourite places I've ever stayed. We had a corner room which had 3 windows looking out across the city. Plugs and light controls next to the bed, great pillows and free water in the room. The room was also a great size for Japan and the bathroom was a little dated but still nice.
I used the pool on both days (additional charge but 100% worth it) and the facilities were great. It was pretty quiet and a great place to relax in the day and then children have to leave by 6pm and it becomes adults only. You can pick up towels and robes in the locker room, and the dressing room has hair straighteners and curlers, and an area to relax and watch TV.
The onsen has amazing views and was a little small, but there was only one other person in there the two times I used it.
Can't wait to go back and stay again, one of my favourite places I've stayed in Japan.
Great location just above Nagoya station. The hotel is connected to the station and a few other building ls including a restaurant street. Breakfast is nice lots of good choices. Decorations are classic. Price is reasonable. Room is big in Japan standard

今回はツインルームだったが、以前宿泊した時のダブルルームでは冷蔵庫の音は気にならなかった記憶がある。
The Nagoya Marriott Associa hotel has the best location right at the main train station. Yet, the rooms are quiet with great views. The service is top notch and the breakfast is fantastic with a large selection of American and Japanese food.
As a Titanium member, the Concierge Lounge was great for checking in and afternoon teas. Also, had food and drink selections throughout the day.
The rooms are good size. We were upgraded to the 49th floor larger guest room. The two sinks, separate bath and shower and separate toilet room were nice features. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent and very quiet.
I would consider staying at this hotel if you will be in Nagoya.
Cleanliness
The spoken english of your frontline check in staff is very poor. Secondly your hotel is bureaucratic and full of regulations. Cannot check in until 3pm even tho rooms are available. Guests are asked to pay to use the swimming pool. This is the worst Marriot I have stayed at
