- Children 12 years and younger can stay free of charge when sleeping in an existing bed.
- A surcharge of JPY 7,500 per day will apply for children between 4 to 12 years sleeping in existing beds.

Please note that children with diapers are not allowed in the pool and/or the hot tub.
In the pool area, children 12 years old and below must be accompanied by an adult guardian who is at least 20 years of age. Please also note that the property gym is only available to guests 18 years old and above.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of flexibility and hospitality for premium guests at this property. We arrived at 12:25 for a 14:00 check-in. Knowing we would be early, we purposely paid a significant premium for rooms with Concierge Lounge access. At almost every other club-level hotel in the world, early arrivals are welcomed to wait comfortably in the lounge until their room is ready. Not here. The staff rigidly refused us entry, took our bags, and told us to wander around until exactly 14:00. If you expect standard international luxury hospitality or any common-sense flexibility to rest after a long trip, look elsewhere. Rules are rules here, with zero empathy shown to premium guests.

Amazing hotel in a superb location, right inside Nagoya Station with easy access to shops, restaurants and transport links.
Breakfast was fantastic, with an excellent choice of both Japanese and Western-style food. The room was huge and had plenty of space for a family, making our stay very comfortable.
The staff were also friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
City view was a bit limited.
