Pros:

Loved the location and overall appearance of the property. Everything was very clean and homey.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable. You could feel and hear the springs.

Quiet and pleasant, though more attention to cleanliness details was needed
Pros:

Location was quiet, but also convenient for most things.
The property was well decorated, and with a nice themed touch.
Outside terrace seating and indoor comfortable seating was available at all times.
Parking was included.
The reception staff were kind and helpful within their means. The maintenance staff were also quick to respond when needed and helpful.
Breakfast included many options

Cons:

The room cleaning was not up to standard. The bathroom floor was cleaned but not checked to see if it was really clean afterwards. Same with the carpet area in the room.
Towels were replaced when not necessary.
Coffee cups - quite a few were cracked
Breakfast included too many sweet things and too many packaged goods. The juice cups and silverware were all plastic and disposable, so a lot of waste.

Pros:

Loved it the moment we arrived. I was given a tour to my room and we were then greeted with champagne. Great staff.... Great walking location to everything Highly recommend

Great place to stay in Bar Harbor.
Pros:

This place has a great spot, the interior is really well done, and the rooms were great. The room we were in had a very nice fireplace and was spacious that we didn't feel cramped. There was tea/water available in the kitchenette, and a little bar area to grab a drink
