Great stay, highly recommend.
Pros:

The location was the best, in walking distance to the town. Room 17 was very comfortable and large. air conditioning was great. Breakfast was a nice touch.

Cons:

2 things, the mattress cover kept falling off and our bed was a little high for me.

Lovely stay. Would definitely do again.
Pros:

Lovely building, great decor, well priced and easy walking distancve to town while still being quiet and away from it.

Cons:

I had a great room on the ground floor so didn't have to struggle with the narrow stairs to the upper floors. Wasn't an issue with my stay but I can imagine that it would have been a minor struggle otherwise.

Amazing place!
Pros:

Staff was so accommodating and helpful - resort level care and every detail from food to parking to recommendations and advice taken care of. The room was LOVELY as well as the overall facility: lovely porch, sitting room, attached bar, grounds. Such a nice experience and excellent value.

It could have been worse

Good location and clean room.

Coffee was always available on the first floor.

Cons:

Let me first say that I’m not an “Inn” person. Small rooms, limited amenities,etc. so I booked the largest room they had. And it was large for an Inn. There was a fireplace, but it was warm, so we didn’t use that, besides you had to use duraflame logs.

Limited amenities, no coffee in room for example and the shower was out of soap. Very slippery shower and a soft bed that felt like it had seen better days. We were on the second floor. It was a steep climb and thank goodness my husband is still young enough to carry the suitcases up.

No desk in the room.

The free breakfast was fairly lame. Muffins in cellophane and scrambled eggs. Cereal and coffee or tea.

Lovely stay in Bar Harbor
Pros:

Absolutely what I wanted for my stay in Bar Harbor, Maine. Cozy bed and breakfast with local charm. Super close to downtown which was perfect. Parking was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. I greatly enjoyed the fireplace with the complimentary tea offered. Breakfast was simple grab and go offerings. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was a bit outdated but spacious as well. We loved our stay.

Perfect Weekend in Bar Harbor
Pros:

Had such a wonderful stay here!! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - a 10 minute walk to downtown Bar Harbor and parking onsite made it very easy. We stayed in the guest house and it was extremely clean and spacious with lots of beautiful touches throughout. It was a great price especially for 7 people. It was quiet throughout the day and at night and the house had everything we needed for a long weekend stay.

Too short.
Pros:

The breakfast was perfect. The only complaint I would have cannot be fixed, and that is Ace Hardware next door was loading or unloading product and woke us up at 5:30 am. I would recommend getting a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

Amazing experience!
Pros:

Amazing experience! Staff was kind, room was beautiful, and breakfast was delicious! The location is great being close to restaurants and shops in bar harbor. Super close drive for all the hikes and nature exploration.

It was super close to the cute town. Though our room was small, it had everything we needed. Every space was well thought out. The used of the kitchen and sitting area was a great addition.
