Incredible location near Cala Esmeralda! The resort was very relaxing and we enjoyed our trip to Mallorca!
Pros:

We loved the location near Cala Esmeralda! Access to the Sa Cala Beach Club was incredible and we were happy to enjoy a full day there. We really liked the court yard area and being able to relax there in the evenings. The drinks were good from the bar!

Cons:

The lunch selection was very limited. The breakfast and dinner food quality was just okay. The gym was very small and looked much bigger in photos.

Lovely hotel would recommend
Pros:

Good location for early sea swim but too crowded later. Lovely hotel pools and could get loungers! Recommend their buffet dinner as better than restaurants in the town.

Cons:

No milk for tea in the rooms!

Drei rundum perfekte Tage in einem wunderschönen Hotel! Absolute Empfehlung! :-)
Pros:

Tolles Adults-Only-Hotel mit fantastischem Frühstück!
Wir haben die herrliche Ruhe im Hotel sehr genossen. Unser Zimmer im 4. Stock hatte eine erstklassige Aussicht.
Das Frühstück lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen – riesige Auswahl und extrem lecker! Auch das Abendessen im Rahmen der Halbpension war reichhaltig (nur das Dessert-Buffet war gegen 20:30 Uhr leider etwas zu warm). An den beiden Hotelpools gab es trotz guter Auslastung immer freie Liegen.
Der Beachclub gegenüber ist optisch ein Highlight. Das lange Schlangenstehen um 9 Uhr für den dortigen Pool haben wir uns gespart und stattdessen entspannt Kaffee mit herrlichem Buchtblick getrunken. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Cons:

Tipp fürs Abendessen: Das Buffet bei der Halbpension war insgesamt sehr großzügig. Allerdings war die Dessertecke gegen 20:30 Uhr leider nicht mehr ausreichend gekühlt, sodass die Nachspeisen bereits Zimmertemperatur hatten. Unser Fazit: Lieber etwas früher zum Essen gehen, auch wenn das Restaurant offiziell bis 21:30 Uhr geöffnet hat!

A relaxing holiday in a quiet beach area
Pros:

The proximity to the beach and the choice of pool areas. The spa area was lovely. The breakfast buffet was good. Most of the staff was friendly, particularly in the restaurant. Yoga on the beach was a nice addition but would have liked more animation in the day time.

Cons:

The room was far too small and very basic for the high price we paid. There was no bathroom door which wasn’t at all private and the water went everywhere.
The entertainment was limited and the hotel was a bit dead in the evenings. The evening buffet was very average and the layout was like queuing for school dinners. For example the queue for hot food was right in the middle so it meant you couldn’t easily access the other food. If you went later to avoid this then the food was unappetising and sometimes lukewarm.

Vacances au top!
Pros:

Tout était parfait ! L’emplacement, le personnel de l’hôtel, le confort de la chambre, le buffet du petit déjeuner et du dîner varié et de qualité, la qualité des prestations et la vue superbe. Je recommande cet hôtel avec grand plaisir.

Pros:

The room was nice we had a additional terrace which we didn’t use.

Cons:

The service round the pool could have been better they very rarely walked round asking if we wanted to have a drink. A missed opportunity.

Perfect stay to relax
Pros:

The hotel is so clean, food and cocktails and great. Friendly staff and great location and pool facilities.

Big shout out to Javier from behind the bar he is a great worker and makes some good mojitos!

Beautiful hotel, great facilities spa and beach. Avoid the food services and you'll be happy.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, looks recently refurbished, great sea room views, good size and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast and very nice to be across the street from the beach. Small but nice spa, and multiple pools. Beautiful pool with view to the sea.

Cons:

Terrible food and service, especially for being in Spain! The menu and the food quality is sad, the service is slow, and there is no preference for hotel guests and you end up queuing to have lunch in the hotel's restaurant, which is not reasonable as it is the only option in the Cala esmeralda beach and it gets very busy. The staff, even though nice, are not trained to respond to complaints, which could be improved.

Beautiful hotel on Cala Esmeralda!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here! The pools are beautiful, and the pool overlooking the Cala was definitely a highlight. We were even able to find great seats in the afternoon, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was also lovely with a good selection. The spa was super beautiful but very hot!

Cons:

While we enjoyed the beautiful pools and overall setting, we felt the hotel was quite expensive for what it offered. The drinks at the hotel bar were very pricey, and there wasn’t much in terms of entertainment or activities during our stay. Compared to Esmeralda Park, which was significantly more affordable, we didn’t feel that this hotel offered enough additional amenities or experiences to justify the higher price. Overall, it’s a beautiful property, but we felt the value for the price could have been better.
