Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. The pools are nice, and the beach in front is the best in the area. You can also walk to the small center of Cala d’Or.

Cons:

Well, I requested a room with separate beds when making the reservation. At check-in, the receptionist said I had not made that request, and I immediately showed her the exchange of messages with the hotel. She promised it would be done the next morning. It wasn’t. I asked twice more. They always said it would be done and simply didn’t do it. And whenever I tried to follow up, they would act as if there was some misunderstanding. Honestly, I’ve never had this kind of issue in a hotel before, and I never imagined I would in a 4-star one. The staff, although friendly, often act clueless. Are they trained to handle things this way?

Well, I ended up spending my entire 5-day stay without separate beds. This affected my stay and my comfort.

Muy buen hotel para pasar unos días con una vista maravillosa y en un entorno muy tranquilo
Pros:

La Ubicación La amplitud y decoration de los espacios exteriores ! Las piscinas La vista à la Cala El comedor

Cons:

Las habitaciones eran cómodas y con una buena terraza pero por el precio esperaba algo mas amplio y con Una buena poco más de comodidas : un pequeño escritorio y otro Sillón ( tenía uno solo )

Such a scam for the high price!!!
Pros:

The spa is nice and that’s it!!!

Cons:

I booked for a sea view room (we paid 800 euros for 2 nights, which is high for Mallorca and not even at the peak season) we had a room where you can see the road parking and the sea far on the background. Such a scam for the price.
And all the rooms see view are facing the road and the beach in only at the background!!! You should know that!
No water in the room, the breakfast is diversed but bad quality items.
Really not worth it for the price. I don’t understand the reviews and the good rating.
Please if you see this comment, do yourself a favor and book another hotel.

Pros:

The location was perfect, close to the beach and the town. Everywhere was very clean and the food was really good

Cons:

The rooms are tiny, it’s not very good value for money. Paid extra for a sea view room and the sea view is hardly a view, it’s across the road with lots of buildings in front. Also the hotel is very quiet, not a lot going on, no live music or anything

adults only perfetto ... ma con delle accortezze .. tutto troppo silenzioso ...
hanno a disposizione un cortile pazzesco a bordo piscina
il mio consiglio :
un po' di musica di sottofondo o del piano bar ... sinceramente sarebbe molto apprezzato e non guasterebbe ... la sera dopo le 21.30 noisoso ...e desertico eravamo costretti ad andare nel paesino per ascoltare un po' di musica ...
la piscina in spiaggia bella ... pero' c'e la corsa ai lettini ....
la spiaggia non e' privata quindi se si vuole andare munirsi di ombrellone e sveglia molto presto perché già dopo le 09 si riempie da morire
colazione buona abbastanza fornita su frutta yogurt uova e bevande poca pasticceria pane di tutti i tipi
la cena un po' ripetitiva ..
la pulizia della camera farei piu attenzione ai dettagli ....
