Super Hotel, es hat alles gepasst und die Lage ist prima
super lokalita, čisto, prostorný pokoj (pro tři, byli jsme dva + miminko), káva na pokoji a voda zdarma, lednička
postýlka pro miminko bez matrace, jen vystlaná peřinou, což je pro děti nebezpečné (viz bezpečný spánek a riziko SIDS), peřinu jsme radši dali pryč aby se dítě neudusilo, ale bylo to takhle dost tvrdé. matrace by fakt měla být! dospělí taky nespí bez matrace
zrovna při našem pobytu měli trénink evakuace. že je to trénink jsme zjistili až pak. jako chápu, že je to potřeba, ale s dítětem jsem byla fakt vystrašená! navíc manžel měl zrovna důležitý deadline a tohle ho zdrželo od práce. naštěstí dítě zrovna nespalo, ale kdyby jo, byla bych fakt naštvaná, protože spánek je vzácnost, ale velmi klíčové u malého dítěte. ocenila bych vědět to dopředu!!!

Location
Zimmergröße etwas knapp
Frühstück war sehr üppig und vielfältig. Wir haben früher einchecken können und einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Fernsehturm bekommen. Das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer konnte gut verdunkelt werden.
Die umständliche Verkabelung des Fernsehers führte dazu, dass man selbst die Kabel prüfen musste und den Fernseher dann auch nicht mehr bewegen durfte, sonst wäre das Bild wieder weg oder nur ruckelnd da gewesen. Es gab - und das war vermutlich unser kostenfreies Zimmerupgrade - einen sehr breiten Eingangsbereich. Jedoch war dieser sowie auch die Wände sehr lieblos und kühl, eben nur weiß, gestaltet. Es gab wenig, was einen Wohlfühlcharakter hervorgerufen hat (keinen Teppich oder Ähnliches). Auch das Licht war entweder hell oder Leselicht. Im Bad wurden keine Utensilien zur Verfügung gestellt (Wattepads o.Ä.). Der Wasserhahn war so angebracht, dass man sich am oberen äußersten Rand des Beckens die Hände wusch und damit das Wasser auf der Platte verteilte. Auch die Möglichkeiten zum Haare Waschen waren etwas umständlich, da der Hahn in der Wanne etwas weiter entfernt vom Wanneneingang war.

Room was pretty good. Felt a bit old in places, but mostly nice. Wifi was not particularly good
No water pressure, couldn't have a proper show. I told the front desk. They said 'I know, we're sorting it.' Would have been nice to be told this

A lovely hotel, in an excellent location. Our room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming.
We were given a very basic accessible room (which we didn’t specifically need or ask for). That in itself wasn’t a problem, but it had a wet room with shower curtain separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom, which became really hazardous for us after a shower. So much of the floor became drenched and really slippery no matter how hard you tried to contain the water to the shower area.
It was also a bit frustrating that at times we had to wait ages for a lift, with only one out of three working most of the time we were there. I notice from other reviews that this is a regular problem, so it’s one the hotel needs to address. It wasn’t even clear where the stairs were.
We would stay here again but would want a different type of room.
