Good location, clean room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Close to nice restaurants and metro.

Cons:

Although the room was not small and even had a workspace with a chair, it was very narrow. There was only a small gap between the bed and the wall where the TV was mounted, and every time you walked through, you would bump into the shelf under the TV that was meant to hold the remote control.

Pros:

Die Lage unmittelbar an der Spree ist sehr schön

Cons:

Die Doppelbetten sind auf Rollen, haben sich sehr schnell auseinander bewegt. Der Wasserkocher ist defekt, undicht, also kein Kaffee 🙄

Pros:

the Location is excellent in the middle of the crowded area , restaurants , theaters, train station etc... the bartender make excellent drinks ...

Cons:

bad AC first night we couldn't sleep, bathroom door inside the room near the bed so of your partner goes to the bathroom at night you should wakeup, very small shower towels, carpet bed smell in the corridor, fishy smell in the lobby area near the restaurant.

Für diesen Preis von 320 Euro war es ein sehr schlechtes Zimmer. Dunkel und das Bett schmal und eine Zumutung.

Zentral gelegenes modernes Hotel, mit tollem Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr schönes sauberes u. modernes Hotel. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, lies keine Wünsche offen. Es wurde immer schnell nachgelegt, wenn etwas leer war. Leckere kleine frische Brötchen, sogar kleine Häppchen Kuchen gab es.
Lage ideal, ein Katzensprung vom Bahnhof Friedrichstraße entfernt. Restaurants rundherum. Anlegestellen für Bootsrundfahrten nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Museumsinsel ist nicht weit entfernt. Zimmer sehr sauber, modern und leise, man hat von draußen nichts gehört, obwohl zur Straße (Einbahnstraße), war auch kaum Verkehr. Klimaanlage lief während wir nicht da waren, da es an diesem Wochenende 38 - 41 Grad waren, vielen Dank dafür! Neben dem Hotel gab es 3 Parkplätze zum Entladen des Gepäcks.

Cons:

Zimmer war leider etwas klein, wenn man größere Koffer hat, wird das ein Problem zum Hinstellen, es gibt auch keinen wirklichen Schrank, nur ein paar Bügel. Wurde der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken etwas zu weit aufgedreht, brummte dieser irgendwie unter dem Waschtisch. Dies war auch in einigen Zimmern der Fall und man hörte es auch bei uns und wunderte sich was dies immer für Geräusche sind.

Super unfreundliches Personal (natürlich nicht alle) und auf verdorbenes Essen Acht geben!
Pros:

Lage sehr zentral und fußläufig zum Friedrichsstadtpalast. Direkt an der Spree und dennoch recht ruhig.
Die Zimmer waren sauber, konnten anber erst nach 15:00 bezogen werden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war mangelhaft.
Nach dem Verzehr von nicht gekühlter Milch und nicht gekühltem Umami Auftrich, der nach schlechtem Fisch schmeckte und roch (leider erst zu spät gerochen), musste ich mehrfach auf die Toilette rasen (oben und unten). Habe as Küchenpersonal (zunächst) sehr freundlich darauf hingewiesen mit der Reaktion: "Glaub' ich nicht". Ich einfach nur baff und danach richtig sauer (bis zur nächsten Brechpause). Erst die dritte Ansprechpartnerin an den Rezeption hat mein Anliegen ernst genommen und versprochen die Direktoring wird sich bei mir melden (nichts). Kunden sollen hier zahlen und ansonsten die Klappe halten - nicht mit mir. Habe einen Brief ans Gesundheitsamt Berlin Mitte geschickt. Mal sehen ob das wirkt. Für mich war es das. Nie wieder Leonardo Hotels. Habe mich auch sofort aus dem Program austragen lassen.
Weiter zur Freindlichkeit und Kundenorientiertheit des Personals:
Trotz vorhandener Omlettstation hatten die MA offenbar keine Lust Omlettes zu machen und haben gekochte Eier und Rührei hingestellt. Auf Nachfrage: "Machen wir heute nicht".

Ja es war sehr heiß an dem Wochenende und da kann es schon passieren, dass Speisen verderben. Alles kein Problem, aber für da lass ich mich doch lieber vom Peleton Bike anschreien als für so einen unfreunlichen Service auch noch 250 EUR zu zahlen.
