Great hotel in excellent location
Pros:

We were offered an upgrade for 15 euro, and got a larger room with a double bed and better mattress comparing to the first night.

Cons:

Slow elevators, complicated AC control, weird location of kettle.

Das Zimmer war etwas zu klein wir hatten kaum Platz, unseren Koffer auszupacken. Der stand überall im Weg, keine Ablageflächen, wo man mal was drauflegen konnte,als wir das Zimmer betreten haben auch es extrem nach Abfluss echt unangenehmer Geruch

Saubere Unterkunft in toller Lage, praktisch und funktional. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Tolle Lage, absolut zentral mit gastronomischem Angebot direkt vor der Tür .

Cons:

Trotz Buchung des Superior Zimmers war der Raum recht spartanisch. Keine Kaffeemaschine! Badewanne statt Dusche. Die Dane an der Rezeption war bei unserer Ankunft eher reserviert und genervt; andere haben wir als sehr freundlich wahrgenommen.

De locatie maakt een hoop goed, maar volgende keer wordt het wel een nder hotel, hoewel het personeel bij het uitchecken

De aankomst was niet zo prettig. Online ingecheckt maar ondanks de geprinte papieren van de boeking nog even bezig daarmee. Bij de vraag of we een kamer met twee één persoons bedden hadden, conform de vraag was het antwoord schuif ze maar uit elkaar. Voor een kleine kamer is dit niet te doen of we moesten alle tafeltjes wegzetten en met 18 vierkante meter is dat niet te doen. Dus vroegen we of een upgrade mogelijk was. Dat kon misschien de volgende dag, mar niet nu en dan nog moesten we de receptie bellen met de vraag of dat misschien mogelijk was. Al met al geen fijn begin

Pros:

Really pleasant staff - nothing was a problem. Check in and out were so easy - no stupid apps or online rubbish you have to do. Just pure great service. Lovely rooms for the price and very clean. Good decor and choice of meeting rooms.
