Great location, very friendly staff, comfy and clean room, teapot with tea bags and instant coffee and cocoa, complimentary water. Even a fridge that we didn’t have the time to use, but would be great for a longer stay. A generous check-out time. Easy way of leaving luggage at the reception. Close to U+S Bahn and to major sights in the centre (Mitte). I would totally return here.
My only complaint is the noise in the morning - the room service/cleaning trolleys could be heard quite distinctly from the corridor and the room next door, plus the cleaning opened our door rather early, it didn’t even occur to me it would be necessary to put a Do not disturb sign on the handle.

Comfortable, modern hotel. Everything was clean and neat. Room was spacious enough. We felt comfortable sleeping with the airconditioning and the comfortable bed. Location was quite good, in the center of Berlin and close to metro/bus stops.

Really comfy beds and plenty of room for clothes storage in rooms. Really friendly staff and superb location. Powerful shower. Great cocktails in the bar.
The only issue was that it wasn’t possible to alter the temperature of the air conditioning in our rooms . We could only increase the strength of the fan.
