If you’re travelling to Hanoi and wish to experience Vietnam this hotel is great value with exceptionally friendly and genuine staff.
Diep at front office was always smiling polite and professional to assist me with any help I needed and we enjoyed nice chat together.
Niam was also extremely friendly and made me feel welcome.
I would recommend this for easy location- Clean and styled room and privacy away from to much busy party crowd.
It is also very close to bail salon and amazing banmi shop.

Die Lage war spitze, es war extrem zentral. Das Personal war sehr liebevoll und es wurde jeden Tag geputzt und neue Handtücher gebracht. Das Zimmer ist außergewöhnlich groß und das Bett war bequem. Alles in allem hatte ich einen top Aufenthalt für einen fairen Preis!

Nous connaissions ce vieux quartier d’Hanoi et très bien situé.
Nous n’avons pas trop apprécié le petit déjeuner mais il y a toujours possibilité de le prendre à l’extérieur

The location is fine as in the Old Quarter of Hà Nội. Staff was nice too.
Room was dirty with ants found inside. The bathroom is a wet room with an open shower that makes a mess everytime you shower and mould was in every corner. Breakfast is very poor too.
Absolut empfehlenswert, Lage ideal in der Altstadt, Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig, sehr sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , gegenüber ein super Restaurant. Immer gerne wieder 😊
