Good experience the rooms are big and bed very comfy. Was nice to watch the grounds men hard at work taking care of the stadium as these things always go unnoticed
The gym they said it was being refurbished but I think they could of made a better temporary one as this would of made the stay 10/10
Everything from easy parking, great location. Room with views of the pitch, very welcoming staff at the desk which is rare theese days. Breakfast was good with a warm welcome.nice to have a bath option. Very clean.
Rare for fussy me but there's nothing to winge about.
Breakfast good, Happy friendly bar staff
cracked floor tiles in bathroom
room felt a little tired
Good location with parking (although £10 to park for 24 hours)
Room was exceptionally hot even with air con. Had to have window open and as on road was noisy.
Food was nice and friendly staff
There was a siren that went off a 1am that scared the living proverbial out of me, and then I also electrocuted myself on a badly damaged light switch! Bed was unbelievably hard and unpleasant.
Reception staff hod just a bit too much attitude that was uncalled for
Very clean and fresh with great bed and bathroom
Minor niggle
Pillows were a little
Small for the huge bed
Room was big. Loved the view on to pitch
The room was full of midges. Nd flys my partner couldn't sleep because of them
Very welcoming and friendly staff, nice restaurant and great food.
The room was spacious for two nights. Clean and comfortable.
Value for money and a great location.
Would definitely recommend.
I didnt like the fact I was told once I was there that I had to pay £10 per night for parking. They should advertise this fact.
I didnt like the fact the breakfast was just under £12 for anything you wanted. I would rather have a light breakfast and pay the cost of what I eat not for everything I wont eat.
And that I had to pay for the breakfast before eating.
I chose to eat elsewhere.

Disappointed twin beds were not set up
Location was good for the Waterloo music venue
We booked a double room but were given a twin room without any explanation at check-in. As soon as we entered the room, we went straight back to reception to point out the mistake. The receptionist initially told us to “just push the beds together.” After we explained again that we had specifically booked a double, she suddenly claimed she had another room available.
We then walked into that room to find a woman in the middle of getting changed. Both she and we were extremely embarrassed. We returned to reception, but the receptionist appeared completely unfazed, seemingly overwhelmed by numerous other guest complaints happening at the same time.
Eventually, after realising there were no other rooms available, we were sent back to the original twin room with a promise that housekeeping would come and properly zip the beds together to make a double.
While my wife and I were getting changed to go out, housekeeping entered the room without knocking. After apologising, the housekeeper attempted to zip the beds together but struggled, so I ended up helping her wrestle together two old, worn mattresses and a faulty zip mechanism. We expressed concerns about the large hard ridge running down the middle of the bed, and she assured us she would add a mattress protector and quilt to make it more comfortable.
Unfortunately, when we returned later that evening, all that had been added was a thin sheet over the mattresses. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and we ended up sleeping on top of the quilt with our coats over us just to stay warm.
To make matters worse, when we woke up thirsty during the night, we discovered there was no water in the room. Reception brought some up and informed us there should already have been water there, confirming the room had not even been properly prepared before our arrival.
Overall, the entire experience was an embarrassing and badly managed shambles from start to finish.
