Due to the EFL and FA guidelines, we must request that all guests staying in our Superior Room with Pitch View close their curtains 90 minutes prior to a home football match and throughout the remaining time of the game. Any tickets must be purchased separately if you would like to watch the match.
Please note there is an additional charge for the fitness classes.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Everything in the room worked,lights,bathroom, comfy bed, cuppa etc.breakfast is great.
The SAFE , need to get on hands and knees with a torch 🔦 to open and it's not left open to use when you arriving,have to get staff member to come to open it.
The hotel is lovely and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The corner flag restaurant and bar has fantastic food and a great selection of drinks.

Air conditioning needs to be improved and it will be good to have small fridge in the room.
Paid for premium pitch side room. Was awesome seeing the ground as a blackpool fc fan. That's where it ends. Tv wouldn't work. Asked to be sorted, was told nobody available. Can't sit in silence all night. This was 7pm was told at least 10pm.
I took remote to cotner flag bar, they couldn't help, went to reception lady was horrible.
I left booked another hotel. We need a refund.

Comfortable rooms and good location.
Rude, dismissive and unhelpful reception staff who appeared like they couldn’t care less. Was promised the manager would contact me during our stay and didn’t.
Booked this property on the basis it had a gym which turned out to be closed upon arrival. Literally told to go elsewhere if it wasn’t acceptable. Hotel could have messaged guests to let them know in advance it was closed.
