The hotel was very clean. We had a room with a view of the pitch which was superb. The room was spacious, had a nice bathroom with a bath and a comfortable bed and sofa. Bar staff were friendly. The breakfast was good quality and very tasty, offering a variety of English breakfast items, yogurts and juices.
Pillows on the bed were very small and way too soft. There were also too few pillows. Staff working on reception didn’t have the best attitude or customer service skills, unfortunately.
I really liked the staff. They were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming, and they made my stay enjoyable despite the many issues and concerns I had with the hotel.
The hotel felt outdated. Cleanliness was not up to standard. The room was extremely cold because the air conditioning had been set to the lowest setting. As a result, even after turning it off, the room still felt humid. Overall, it was a poor experience.
Views of the stadium from the restaurant were excellent. Bed was comfy and excellent breakfast.
The room wasn't available until 4pm , The suite was made up as a family room so we couldn't relax on a settee as we booked
Bad management .
The lady on the reception was amazing as hardly any room s available on time and she stayed in control to be honest.
The manager couldn't be reached so poor with the problem s.
Location and £10 per night parking space. Room was clean enough, spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast.
Cleanliness
Location although it was close to everything, it was in a bad area when you were walking back at night it felt really unsafe.
Clean, spacious room good breakfast
No towels when room was serviced as they had a shortage, having to set your own table for breakfast, little plastic cups for your juice at breakfast as the glasses were in the wash. Overall a lack of attention to detail for a hotel that says it is 4 star.
Location and the football thyme
Parking very limited had to park down the road on one of the nights.
The windows were filthy and the curtains were hanging off at each end of the curtain pole. There was also a dirty sock inside the fold down single bed.
Easy access, clean, well signposted
Nothing
Nice views
Abit dusty
Modern, clean, good breakfast
Willingness to provide ‘Hotel hours’ for bar service very uncertain. No manager on bar area 1 evening, leaving uncertain staff member on own.
Very clean nice and quiet at night time.
Breakfast was delicious.Good quality food and I’m gluten free and the chef told me personally what I could eat and brought me gluten free toast out of kitchen.I had a cooked breakfast but no hash browns or sausage.
Nothing we didn’t like.
The pitch view room and the fact that it was a bit far from pleasure beach.
