Like staying with friends ...loved it.
Pros:

The location was amazing, everything is in walking distance. It is an authentic sicilian hotel, we found the breakfast plentiful, fresh local pastries or toast ,fruit, jams, coffees made to order etc. The staff were lovely , so welcoming , full of helpful advice .Air con which was very welcome in july when we visited.

Cons:

There are no complaints from us. But as an observation I feel some won't appreciate it's authentic feel, & should read description carefully = 2 flights of stairs to reach hotel .

Posizionato in zona centrale di Catania è ideale per visitare la città e godersi il centro storico. Personale gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio convenzionato vicino alla struttura.

Cons:

Abbiamo preso la stanza da 5 con il soppalco. Una soluzione suggestiva per un viaggio in famiglia. Purtroppo con le giornate molto calde la zona superiore è risultata troppo calda nonostante il climatizzatore.

Pros:

Hotel Sangiuliano is is a lovely old building in central Catania with good access to the city centre, bus and railway stations. Our room was large, well-equipped and very comfortable with a good bathroom.

Pros:

La camera era estremamente spaziosa, in un edificio storico, e sempre molto pulita. Anche il bagno era dotato di ogni servizio, bidet incluso. La biancheria e gli asciugamani venivano cambiati con frequenza. Abbiamo apprezzato la colazione, sia dolce che salata. La posizione dell‘albergo è strategica per il centro, non molto distante dalla stazione ferroviaria, e la fermata del bus per l‘aeroporto è poco distante.

Cons:

Gli arredi, per quanto comodi, sono un pó datati. La struttura si trova al primo piano dell‘edificio, non c‘è l‘ascensore e quindi è un pò scomodo se si devono portare bagagli pesanti. La scala è comunque larga e poco pendente.
