Fantastico, se pur un 4 stelle batte altri 5 stelle

Al nostro arrivo alle 23.00 ci hanno dato una camera che purtroppo presentava un problema con il climatizzatore, non si riusciva a spegnere ed era troppo freddo. Hanno risolto cambiandoci di stanza per quella sera dandoci una suite. Il giorno dopo, dato l’inconveniente, ci hanno dato un upgrade gratuito con camera vista mare. Ringrazio la manager Romina e tutto il suo staff per avere gestito al meglio l’inconveniente e per la gentilezza dimostrata in tutto il soggiorno. Un ringraziamento speciale al cuoco delle colazioni, omelette incredibili.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit ausserordentlich freundlichem Personal und sehr feinem Frühstück

Super Lage, sensationelles Frühstück. Traumhaufte Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer mit frontaler Meersicht. Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Preise im Snack-Restaurant beim Pool waren sehr fair, im Vergleich zu den Restaurants an der Promenade (Bsp. Gambas al Ajilo EUR 9.00 vs 20.00 in den anderen Lokalen)

Cons:

Fast nichts zu bemängeln. Auch wenn das Hotel praktisch ausgebucht war, funktionierte alles sehr gut.

Super Anlage, die sich auf Lage ausruht und sehr teuer ist.
Pros:

Super Lage! Sehr gutes Abendessen. Preise aber zu hoch. Personal teilweise überlastet und überfordert. Angesichts der Preisniveaus leider inakzeptabel, wenngleich das Personal bemüht ist und das Beste gibt.

Cons:

Personalschlüssel, überfordert, zu lange Wartezeiten beim Essen und im Service. Preis nicht wert.

Pros:

Todo. El desayuno, las habitaciones, el hotel junto a la playa de Cala Ratjada, la amabilidad de todo el personal, desde el personal de limpieza, del desayuno (en especial Veronica, Daniela, Chavely y Paco, a cargo de hacer los omelettes) y el personal de recepción, en especial Andrés. Todos, sin excepción con una sonrisa a disposición del huésped para atender cualquier inquietud. También especial mención a Manolo ( chef) y Joana, a cargo del restaurante Attik.
