location is very good

Cons:

didn’t feel comfortable and checked-out in the same night i arrived. the pictures look better than reality and also there was construction noise during the night and i couldn’t sleep - the staff didn’t say anything during check-in.

Pros:

The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and the Karaköy ferry terminal just a short walk away. Galata Tower and Istiklal Street can also be reached on foot within minutes.

Cons:

We have no complaints about the hotel itself and would like to thank the staff for their friendliness and hospitality.

However, it is worth noting that there is construction work taking place next to the hotel. The work usually starts around 8:30 a.m., and on our last night the workers were mixing concrete late into the evening, which was quite noisy.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would still recommend this hotel. The noise was caused by the nearby construction, which is unfortunately beyond the hotel's control.

Pros:

The staff, particularly Joseph, were extremely kind. Joseph really helped us navigate the city and gave us some insight to customs and culture.
Location was great, close to public transport and key attractions.
Room was comfortable and spacious- we should have requested more pillows though.

Pros:

Great value for money in a fantastic location near Galata Tower, the metro, and plenty of restaurants and bars. Our room was spacious, with a separate living area and bedroom—ideal while recovering from jet lag. Despite some reviews mentioning noise, we slept well on the 5th floor. The rooftop is a lovely spot for breakfast or coffee, though more Turkish breakfast options would be nice. Overall, a comfortable stay with no complaints.

Pozele de pe booking.com nu sunt ca si in realitate , fără loc de parcare , priveliște in spatele blocurilor.
Din păcate ar fi trebuit sa plec din sejur dupa prima noapte deșii aveam 4 nopți plătite / 2 camere
Atât cei de la recepție cât si cei de la serviciu clienți nu m-au înțeles că a intervenit o problema si ca trebuie sa plec...
Nu ma așteptam sa primesc banii înapoi pe nopțile nedormite acolo , dar măcar pentru o noapte ar fi frumos din partea lor...
Nu vă recomand acest hotel 🙏

Ci ritornerei ma scegliendo una camera un po' più grande
Pros:

La location è in zona centrale e in una via molto carina
Facile raggiungere anche a piedi molte attrazioni
Abbastanza pulito
I receptionists sono iper cordiali e gentilissimi, sempre pronti a risolvere qualsiasi situazione anche esterna all'hotel

Cons:

Consiglio di prendere la camera superiore alla standard, la standard è piccola

Stupendo!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura durante il nostro viaggio ad Istanbul e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La posizione è ottima, quasi ai piedi della Torre di Galata, molto comoda per spostarsi e visitare la zona.

La struttura è dotata di tutti i comfort ed è molto accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale a Joseph, il ragazzo con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare l’ultimo giorno: è stato davvero gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità.

Consigliatissima!

das Apart Hotel bietet nur ohne Mahlzeiten an... Allerdings ist im Rooftop ein Restaurant mit der Möglichkeit ein Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen mit toller Aussicht zu erhalten....
Die Hilfsbereitschaft an Empfang war super...
Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet....
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und die Lage der Unterkunft sind perfekt.....

Cons:

Wir hatten den ersten Tag noch eine schöne Aussicht.... aber dann wurde im Haus davor der selbe Stock hochgezogen, so dass es vorbei war mit Aussicht.....

Location is central and the top floor has a nice view to the sea and the fisherman bridge.
The AC worked well. Windows are double glaze

Cons:

I booked the penthouse suit with kitchen. There was no kitchen at all in the room, we could not cook.
The original kitchen of this suit has been converted to a toilet and a storage room for the rooftop bar, without sound isolation to the suit.
We could hear every staff working in the storage room until midnight every night.
Bathroom needs a full renovation. Cheap material is used, with accumulated damage and germs.
It is oversold, price is not good for value.
The suit is not what it was advertised.

Esperienza positiva consigliamo la struttura
Pros:

Posizione centrale ottima per i mezzi di trasporto, lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile per tutte le nostre esigenze.
Bella la stanza ampia e con le pareti decorate da bei mattoncini rossi.

Oltre alla zona letto c'era un salottino e una piccola cucina attrezzata con frigo e microonde, anche la doccia era molto grande.
Il punto di forza dell' hotel è senza dubbio il terrazzo panoramico sul tetto, che permette di spaziare a 360° su una bellissima Istanbul illuminata.
Consigliamo questa struttura.

Cons:

Il traffico è I rumori della strada sono molto forti, come è inevitabile quando si è in centro, consigliamo tappi per le orecchie.

Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und versuchte das besste aus der unverschuldeten Situation zu machen. Die Lage ist suber Zentral und man ist zu Fuss "sehr schnell" an den beliebtsten Ecken.

Cons:

Leider hatte es zur Zeit unseres Aufendhalts ein Baustelle DIRECKT AUF HÖHE UNSERES ZIMMERS. Da teilweise auch nachtarbeit dazugehörte, war das schalfzeitfenster oft limitiert auf 00:00 bis 0730.
ISt aber sicherlich ein themporäres Problem.
Werdet die billigen IKEA Leuchten los. Die mache so viel kaputt...
