Expectations far from being met.

Location was ok but I had decided whereabouts I wanted to be.

A very disappointing experience.
Location was fine but I chose the location so can’t give any credit for that.
Advertised as a suite with kitchenette.
A fridge with a microwave on top does not constitute a kitchenette. The fridge was next to the bed a ran very noisy disturbing any sleep. No food prep surface and no where to wash up. I assume you expect the washbasin to be used for washing up but with no drain board and nowhere to stack wet pots etc it was completely impractical. The low sideboard also not suitable for any food prep etc. The high table and chairs ok to snack at but not suitable for dining.
The bed creaked with every movement again disturbing sleep.
No chairs to sit and relax. TV only viewable from bed.
A small space in front of the wardrobe with two dining chairs against the wall is not a dressing area.
Definitely over described as a suite with a kitchenette.
Stark unnecessary warnings of extra charges including if rubbish not placed in the bin. The bin was tiny and not suitable, no extra bag as mentioned in the warning.
In general the place was tatty, the walls were dirty and marked, the shower didn’t drain away. There were signs of damp everywhere. Thin walls so could hear next door.
All in all very poor and not worth the money paid.

Bref nous ne conseillons pas ce site pour l'hébergement.
Pros:

Le seul point positif de cet hébergement est la localisation proche du centre historique (10 mn).

Cons:

L'accès à l'hébergement est médiocre. Il faut 3 codes qui ne nous ont pas été communiqués auparavant ou à notre arrivée par mail ou message écrit téléphonique. Il n'y avait jamais personne à l'accueil. Il a fallu appeler un n° de téléphone. Si vous ne maîtrisez pas bien l'anglais c'est compliqué. L'appartement en lui même (suite Caledonnian 4) est très basique (mauvaise qualité du canapé lit, les fenêtres donnent sur des murs extérieurs, les vitres sont sales et les stores ou rideaux ne sont pas occultants, pas de rangements dans la salle de bain, l'armoire dans la chambre ne contient pas d'étagères - seulement une penderie avec 3 cintres, le linge de lit est lavé mais tâché, les équipements de cuisine pas très propres, etc...). Ce logement n'est pas fait pour 4 personnes mais seulement 2 qui peuvent dormir ensemble. Point à souligner, le logement se trouve au 2ème étage sans ascenseur.

Pros:

De locatie en ruimte waren fantastisch. Lekker ruim en prettig om twee badkamers en twee wc's te hebben.

Cons:

De slaapbanken waren onvoldoende. Veel te dun matras waardoor je met je rug de spijlen door het matras voelde. Daarnaast deed de oven het niet. We weten de reden niet, maar we sliepen er twee nachten en in beide nachten ging het brandalarm af tussen 6 en 7 's ochtends. Geen uitleg of iets gehoord van het personeel, dus nog steeds geen idee waarom we zo vroeg werden gewekt.
