Unforgettable service
Pros:

I recently visited The Westin and Le Méridien City Centre to attend a meeting with my team in the banquet .During my stay, I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable.

The Housekeeping team provided true 5-star service throughout our stay. I would especially like to recognize Team Captain Rishi, who was outstanding. He was always checking on us, asking if we needed any assistance or had any special preferences. His professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable.

We are truly happy with the excellent hospitality and outstanding housekeeping service. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience memorable. We look forward to coming back soon with our group.

Restaurant staff are really friendly and good in what they are doing, specially Rahim, karthik and slostika . Glad to meet people like them.

Great place to relax in Manama downtown
Pros:

Great place stay in Manama city center, next the Bahrain City Center Mall and many other malls are neaby, Bab Al Bahrain is 5 mn drive, great service quality my regards to all the breakfast team can’t name them all, but they all great guests! The room are nice, clean, the amenities (Jacuzzi, Sauna, Pools, Gym) are great and rightly sized!

The staff are the best

The booking manager was the worst she was always screaming, after we change the dates of the booking she take 240 kd more than the money we paid.
