Our stay was absolutely exceptional from start to finish! The hotel was incredibly comfortable, and every single detail exceeded our expectations.

The staff were truly wonderful — warm, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. From the lovely reception we received upon arrival to the excellent housekeeping and the spotless cleanliness of the entire hotel, everything was simply perfect.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wonderful variety and excellent quality. Honestly, every part of our stay was beyond excellent, and we could not have asked for a better experience.

Please keep up this exceptional level of service and hospitality. You have created such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay.

الفندق شرح حييل

الفندق ممتاز ونظيف وشرح والغرف كبيره وفيه غرفه صغيره لتغيير الملابس
والسرير جدا مريح والتكيف ممتاز أقدر اتحكم فيه وحبيت متواصل مع المول وحبيت الموظفين أحمد وعيسى كانوا حبوبين ويبادرون بالمساعده وروحهم حلوه

Cons:

كل شي ممتاز ماعدا ريحة المخاد والكفرات اتوقع لأنهم ريش فتطلع ريحة خمره فلازم تتبدل لأن حاجزين 3 غرف وكلهم نفس المشكله
يعني هذي النقطه الوحيده اللي ماحبيتها واللي فعلا النزيل ينفر منها

Best Hotel in the area.
Pros:

Great service and hospitality all around. Really nice hotel that meets all accommodation needs. Room service has been exceptionally well thanks to Manuraj and his supervisor Rohit. They have really been helpful during my stay and met my cleaning needs

Unforgettable service
Pros:

I recently visited The Westin and Le Méridien City Centre to attend a meeting with my team in the banquet .During my stay, I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable.

The Housekeeping team provided true 5-star service throughout our stay. I would especially like to recognize Team Captain Rishi, who was outstanding. He was always checking on us, asking if we needed any assistance or had any special preferences. His professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable.

We are truly happy with the excellent hospitality and outstanding housekeeping service. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience memorable. We look forward to coming back soon with our group.
