The Bed and Pillow, the condition of the room, The amenities, also the staffs

Cons:

When I stayed there, there are some weekend party above our room and the sound was loud around 12-02.00 (maybe) morning. I suggest the hotel provides Earplugs. It is common on another hotels

Great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Staff were always helpful and friendly. Even with small things like getting a kettle in our room to printing out a document to weighing suitcases.

Cons:

Minor request but be great if there was a plunge pool and gym.
