It was pleasant to stay at this hotel. The staff, Ms. Uyen, is sweet and remember guest request.

Nice clean rooms. Good location.

Cons:

The staff here are unnecessarily rigid. I was stopped from taking an iced coffee up to my room to take my medication, with absolutely no explanation provided. On top of that, the resort is incredibly stingy with room amenities—providing only a single coffee and sugar sachet daily for a two-person room. Definite room for improvement in basic hospitality.

Would stay again for sure.
Pros:

Location! Rooms were very clean and appreciated the daily housekeeping and comp water. Very cold air con.

Cons:

Showers valves were a bit difficult to figure out. Could have used some extra TP. Spa area was too warm.
