Easy access, easy check-in. Staff are efficient, helpful, friendly and chatty. Very good buffet breakfast, and my evening meals were lovely.
Minor issue - hairdryer needs a longer lead!
The location was great and the room was big and spotlessly clean. I got a great deal for the night I needed to book and then benefited from a fab upgrade to large room with balcony and sea view for only a small extra fee. Only wish I could have enjoyed the room more as I was in town working until late.

We had rooms 5 apart. Wheelchair access was fine. Plenty of storage in the rooms. Restaurant was good. Breakfast choice was good. Staff were friendly and helpful eg took bags across the road to the car and helped with luggage to the rooms. Easy access to town centre. Great views from the rooms. Cafe bar on ground floor was pleasant.

Am besten hat mir gefallen, wie professionell alles war. Ob Frühstück, Empfang, Zimmerreinigung, überall habe ich den Standard als sehr hoch wahrgenommen. Beim frühstücksbuffet gab es eine gute Auswahl, alles war sehr frisch und nie verkocht, und es war auch nie etwas alle. Man sitzt beim Frühstück auch sehr schön mit Blick auf das Meer. Mein Zimmer war schön ruhig und hatte einen Balkon mit Meerblick. Von der Straße unten habe ich kaum was mitgekriegt, aber dafür dass Meeresrauschen. Ich habe hervorragend geschlafen.

Professional service, friendly attentive staff, perfect location with beautiful views opposite sea, lovely clean room with balcony, amazing bed, beautiful tiled bathroom with gorgeous toiletries , ample power points and lights, great facilities including iron/board, hairdryer, safe, good food, phone in room/service, reasonably priced and cheaper than some lesser hotels. And now they've also got an onsite gym. A great stay, it's now my go-to place to stay.

The hotel is situated on the seafront near the Wish Tower and is near to many restaurants and the town centre. The room was a good size and the beds comfortable. At breakfast, it was buffet style with a choice of typical English cooked breakfast, cereals, toast, fruit and yoghurt, tea and coffee. The staff were all friendly.
Our room was at the side of the building and the weather was cold and windy. The windows were single glazed and the room got cold. The air con was centrally controlled and set for cold air. We spoke to reception and they gave us a heater. The plug in the wash basin was worn and the water ran out as quickly as the water went in.
