Pros:

Locația este superbă, imediat lângă se afla un mirador de unde se vede cel mai frumos apus posibil. Camera a fost foarte curata, mi-a plăcut mult stilul în care era decorata, în armonie cu tot hotelul. Un detaliu interesant este lumina din tavan care se controla prin telecomanda pentru a seta ambianta dorita și care avea și un ventilator foarte plăcut, suficient pentru când se încălzea în camera. Atenția la detalii se observa, de la faptul ca am avut prosoape pentru piscină pana la camera de socializare unde puteam citi în tihna și bea un ceai. Piscina a fost un loc minunat unde am petrecut după amieze foarte plăcute, iar faptul ca aveam restaurantul unde sa mâncăm ne-a eliminat un stres într-o zona fără foarte multe opțiuni.

Cons:

Când am intrat în camera se simțea un miros de umezeala, cred ca nu ar strica sa existe dezumidificatoare în camera. Am fost nevoiți sa stam cu geamurile deschise în mare parte din timp dar aici era o alta problema, anume aceea ca nu exista plasa la geam, astfel ca intrau insecte. Cea mai mare neplăcere a fost oricum faptul ca nu aveam în camera un minifrigider sau cel puțin unul la comun unde sa putem pune măcar o sticla de apa sa stea rece. În final, as mai adauga ca prosoapele de baie cred ca ar trebui innoite întrucât aveau un aspect cam uzat.

Pet friendly real
Pros:

El Refugio es espectacular. Está muy bien cuidado. Tratan con mucho cariño a las mascotas. Es un hotel pet friendly real, donde puedes disfrutar con tu peludo. Es un hotel excelente y muy bien gestionado. Además, se ubica en uno de los pueblos más bonitos de España con unos paisajes impresionantes. Y es un pueblo que también te acogen maravillosamente si tienes un perro bueno y eres respetuoso. Es un lugar idílico.
Y quiero hacer una mención especial a la limpieza y a la limpiadora, porque resultó una trabajadora extraordinaria. Que además de estar la habitación totalmente impoluta. Es una persona que su acogida va mucho más allá de su trabajo y quiero agradecerle especialmente su amabilidad y profesionalidad.

El personal tanto del hotel como del restaurante Tajisnaste encargado del desayuno y la cena es encantador.
Fuimos con nuestra perra y no pusieron ningún problema.
Tiene una piscina ideal para relajar los músculos después de dar cualquiera de las caminatas que parten de la Cruz de Tejeda.
