Pros:

Az elhelyezkedés, és a termál fürdő.

Cons:

A szoba túl sötét, az internet nagyon rossz,és a szoba mivel nincs légkondi nagyon meleg volt . Nyáron elviselhetetlen. Van mennyezeti ventillátor, de az nagyon kevés . A reggeli nem volt túl változatos, a kenyér nem volt friss. A személyzet a reggelinél nem köszönt, nem voltak kedvesek . Mikor szóltunk, hogy nem jó az internet , azt írtak , hogy a mi készülékünk rossz !

Unas vacaciones muy cómodas en una naturaleza bonita en una pequeña ciudad llena de historia.
Pros:

Es una villa antigua, situada al lado de una terma con agua de sulfur y un parque
Es una ciudad elegante de la monarquía Austríaca del siglo 19 donde el emperador Francisco José y la nobleza paso sus vacaciones de verano, a una hora de Viena.

Cons:

El problema que no llueve desde tanto tiempo.

Pobyt był naprawdę udany! 😊 Pokoje okazały się dużo większe, niż wyglądały na zdjęciach na stronie internetowej, co było bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem. Wszystko było komfortowe i bardzo czyste, a łóżka niezwykle wygodne, dawno tak dobrze się nie wyspałyśmy.

Dużym plusem był również dostęp do term w pakiecie. Termy były świetne: ciepła woda, możliwość relaksu i piękne otoczenie sprawiły, że można było naprawdę odpocząć. Ogromnym atutem hotelu są też widoki, za oknem zielono, góry i spokojna atmosfera. Idealne miejsce na relaks i wyciszenie. Zdecydowanie chętnie wróciłybyśmy ponownie!

Śniadania były pyszne, a obsługa bardzo miła.

Podobało mi się położenie , wszędzie blisko , smaczne śniadania , wygodne łóżko i przejście w szlafroku na termy .

Brak wody do picia w pokoju i częściach wspólnych, strasznie gorąco w całym obiekcie, ekscentryczny mało ciekawy wystrój przy którym gasły obrazy na ścianach w tym nadmiarze różnych sprzętów nie dających poczucia wypoczynku i bardzo ciemne pokoje. Niepraktyczna i wymagająca ręcznego otwierania drzwi winda , brak restauracji z dobrymi posiłkami dla gości. Trzeba szukać po sąsiedzku czegoś do jedzenia. Sztuczny zapach w całym obiekcie. Czas chyba na zmianę i lifting obiektu. I dajcie ludziom zjeść i wypocząć w częściach wspólnych bo natłok przedmiotów może odstraszać.

nteressantes und schönes Hotel mit hervorragender Lage. Die Frühstücke waren sehr gut und die Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Weniger gefallen hat uns, dass für die Nutzung der Therme ein Aufpreis verlangt wurde. In der Beschreibung steht, dass der Eintritt in die Therme im Preis inkludiert ist. Tatsächlich muss man jedoch 12 € pro Person bezahlen, wenn man vor 15:00 Uhr anreist und die Therme nutzen möchte. Dadurch wäre es günstiger gewesen, ein Hotel einer höheren Kategorie zu buchen und separat ein Tagesticket für die Therme zu kaufen.

Außerdem war es draußen etwa +30 °C und das Hotel verfügt über keine Klimaanlage. Im Zimmer war es daher sehr heiß.
